The episode starts with Mishras and Mirzas deciding to set up a courtroom at haveli and fight their case against each other. Brij says he and Noor will be judges. Mishra says whoever loses will pay 25000 rs to a winner and will leave haveli. Mirza agrees. Bittu says they are audience and need a VIP treatment with feast and not a khichdi and kadha like yesterday. Mirza says they will share the expenses. Bittu’s team walks away saying they will return tomorrow with a menu. After sometime, Shanti tells Mishra that she will be the lawyer from their side. Sakina tells same to Mirza. Mishra jokes that its not a kitty party to argue with her friends and win. Mirza also taunts Shanti. Shanti says she is determined to enact as a lawyer and requests Brij to give verdict in her favor. Brij denies and says he will support only truth. Sakina also says same and seeks Noor’s help. Noor also says same.
Next day, Bittu makes a court room arrangement at haveli. His team praises him. Kanta enacts as an announcer and calls Mishra and Mishra first, then both lawyers Sakina and Shanti, then judges Brij and Noor. Brij clears that though its a fake court, they all need to accept judges’ verdict or else he will pronounce them losers. Shanti and Noor take their blessings and starts argument. Bittu’s team laugh on them. Noor warns them to behave in court. They apologize. Noor says she is neither their ammijan, nor Brij their Bauji. Sakina starts her case and says her client Mirza is troubled by Mishra. Shanti says she is lying. Brij asks Bittu how the court case starts in his place. He says this place is more like a laughter room now, so they should toss and decide who is argue first. Shanti chooses tail and Sakina chooses head.
Shanti wins and starts argument and calls her client Mishra into dais. Mishra tries to jump into dais. Shanti scolds him and asks him to bend down and get in. Bittu asks her to make her client take an oath first. Mishra takes Shanti’s oath. Shanti scolds him to take oath properly. She then argues that Mishra threw garbage in Mishra’s way due to which Mishra slipped and fell down, so judge should give verdict in her client’s favor and order Mishra to pay 25000 rs fine and leave haveli forever. Bittu’s team praise Shanti’s advocacy. Mishra asks Sakina if she will not question him. Sakina says why should she. Brij asks Sakina to question her client.
Sakina calls Mirza in dais who describes same story and requests judge to prounnce verdict in his favor. Noor weaves sweater in between. Dr. Kooda questions her. She says law is blind but not deaf, so she is hearing. They all praise her.. Brij announces verdict that after hearing both parties, its proved that they both are innocent as someone else threw banana peels in their way. Noor asks if there is any evidence. Sakina says Dr. Ashiq, Dr. Kooda, and BBC visited her house that day. Shanti says Majnu, Kanta, and Bittu had visited her house that day. Brij asks to call them dais. Kanta collapses while calling their names. Bittu complains that he collapsed due to hunger. Brij gives a 2-hour lunch break.
