The episode starts with Sakeena and Shanti denying to sell haveli. Mirza and Mishra try their best to convince them. They both get adamant. Shanti says she would rather die than selling haveli. Mirza says her wish will be fulfilled by ghost if she doesn’t agree. Inspector Sher Singh pleads them to agree and spare his life as he has 2 small kids. Shanti says she thought he is a tiger, but he is a cat instead. Bittu says he will get them a big haveli with swimming pool and garden. Shanti says his words and spit out pan are untrustable. Pappu pleads next, but they both continue their adamancy. Mishra and Mirza send Bittu, Pappu, and Sher Singh away and tell Shanti and Sakeena something. They both agree to sell haveli.
They all go out to see Brij and Noor with children sitting in satyagraha against bhooth. Mishra and Mirza murmur something in Brij and Noor’s ears, and they hurriedly walk in followed by children tempting for their favorite food. Bittu and Pappu praise them and asks what did they say in Sakeena and Shanti’s ears. They say they just told bhooth/ghost eats bahus/DILs first and said Brij and Noor that ghost eats elders first. Bittu and Pappu call agent Vinod who walks in and starts his jokergiri and asks why didn’t Bittu and Pappu sell haveli. They say they are standing for MLA election and don’t time for this. Mirza says there is a problem in this haveli. Bittu says its papers are not valid. Vinod says he is expert that making fake papers. Mishra asks when will he get clients. Vinod says tomorrow and starts joking with Bittu and Pappu to bring an alliance for them.
Next day, Vinod brings a buyer who agrees to buy haveli. Mirza and Mishra reveal this haveli has a ghost in it. Vinod says they are lying. Ghost laughs and emerges in front of them. They all get afraid. Vinod says he is his chacha/uncle who is still alive. Chacha shows them his death certificate. Vinod reveals he made this fake certificate. Chacha says Vinod make his fake death certificate 7 years ago and took away his house. Sher Singh arrests Vinod in forgery case and takes him away. Mirza and Mishra family laugh and ask chacha how did he fool them. He reveals that he is an electrician who did haveli’s wiring and knows it well, he entered this haveli with his wife’s help, Mirza and Mishra caught him one night and after revealing his problem, they decided to help him. Mirza and Mishra then describe how they involved Shanti, Sakeena, Brij, and Noor later in their plan to get justice to Chacha. Bittu and Pappu get angry for fooling them and challenge to take revenge from Mishra and Mirza. Mirza and Mishra laugh on them.
