The episode starts with Atal serving grass to the cow. He tells her that Vimla used to feed her grass and now she is gone, so he will serve her from hereon. Sushila watches him from a distance. Next morning, Atal wakes up early to feed the cow. KM asks him to rest and let her take care of the cow for some time. Atal says his grandfather says one who sleeps loses in life. He goes to feed the cow.
KM confronts Saraswati for her hatred towards Vimla. She asks if she is happy now that Vimla is gone. Vimla accepts it. KM asks what if she is kicked out of the house. Saraswati says she will shift to her parental house with Awadh. KM asks what if there is someone like her in her parental home, she and Awadh will be on roads like Vimla and Alok. Saraswati continues to express her happiness while KM expresses her grief.
Atal walks near the cow with feed and is shocked to see her lying unconscious on the floor. He gathers whole family. A veterinarian checks and says she is dead. Tomar waiting for the opportunity starts drama. Sushila says Atal did a sin and should be punished. Shyamlal says he is the owner of the cow and should bear punishment. KB says he will bear punishment, but Sushila and Tomar insist that Atal did a sin and should be punished. Drama continues..
Precap: Atal takes responsibility of cow’s demise and asks Shyamlal how shall he repent. Shyamlal says he should cut his hair short and beg shirtless.
