Ashoka Devi ( ASVI ) (Episode 9)

I am back after my exams…..
This is the ninth episode……

Recap: ASVI talking to themselves for why they were thinking about themselves…..

Everyday Devi noticed that Ashoka used to stare at her and she also couldn’t restrict herself to see what he was doing all the time. As days were passing their liking for each other also got increased…..
And after some Days…….and it was Devi’s birthday
Devi was coming out after taking a bath and she was wearing a royal blue lehenga…….She was not wearing any jewellery at that time but her hair was open and wet. She was going towards their small garden so that her hair would get dried and she could also pass her hair drying time by seeing the flowers that had bloomed. (Devi loved flowers. She could pass all her life by seeing flowers)
Ashoka didn’t know that it was Devi’s birthday…… He saw her going towards the garden and couldn’t stop staring at her……. He was mesmerised by her beauty which was natural (she at that time was neither wearing any jewellery nor any kajal or some makeup)

Ashoka (to himself): WOW!!!! I don’t know why but I can’t stop gazing at her…….she is just an ordinary girl of a village who saved me……I am Rajkumar, Rajkumar of Magadh……. She is not any princess or queen of any kingdom………I should gaze at some princess……then why she??? Why can’t I stop myself??? Why does every time my eyes want to see HER??? God, pls answer my questions…….Who is she????
Devi felt that Ashoka was near so she turned and saw that he was staring her and as soon as she saw him, he started looking somewhere else……
Devi(to herself): Uffff…… This !!!!!! Aaaarrrrgggghhhh…… Why does he always stare at me????
Devi: Areee Ashoka…… What happened??? Do u want something???
Ashoka(softly): U…..
Devi: What r u telling??? I couldn’t hear…… Say loudly…..
Ashoka: Wo…..I was just seeing ur house and saw this sweet and beautiful garden with blue coloured flowers on it, and so I couldn’t stop myself from staring at it……(smiles)
Devi: What!!!! Garden with blue flowers??? There r no blue coloured flowers here…….What r u seeing???

Ashoka: I mean these colourful flowers……
Devi: From where did u see the blue colour???
Ashoka: Actually…….my mother loves blue coloured dresses and u r wearing that so it reminded me about her……..
Devi: Ooooo…..
Devi(softly): But I don’t think so……
Ashoka: Ok now I must go…..
Devi: Hmmmm

Acharya RG and Dhruv together: Janmadin mubarakho beti !!!!!
She takes their ashirvaad and: Thank you so much….But how did u know???
Ashoka was going but stopped after listening it……
Ashoka: WHAT!!!! Today is ur birthday and except that u said me soo many things!!!!
Acharya RG: Actually we also didn’t know that it was her birthday. We just came to know when we saw Dhani preparing for puja and usually its Devi who prepares for the daily puja. So we asked him and got to know about her birthday….(smiles)
Ashoka: But why didn’t u tell me Devi!!!! I thought I would be the first one to wish u at ur birthday but it didn’t happen 
Devi: Actually……. I don’t celebrate my birthday and I also can’t afford to celebrate. My father and I only do special puja and that’s all so I didn’t say u all…..
Ashoka: Its ok……. Now as I am here I will not allow to go ur birthday without any celebration…..
Devi: No no…..no need….. I am used to a simple birthday so its ok……..
Ashoka: ok then lets go to the market and u can buy anything which u want….Ok?
Devi (to herself): Why is he so much interested to celebrate my birthday???? I will never be able to understand what he wants to do…….
Ashoka: Devi?
Devi: Aaaaa…..ok…
Ashoka: Ok then u get ready to go…… Acharya, u pls help Dhani ji with the preparations of the puja…..
Devi: ACHARYA!!!!
Ashoka: Actually…..he is like my guru so I call him Acharya……that’s all…..
Devi: Strange…… U call him Acharya, he calls u rajkumar……
Ashoka, Acharya RG and Dhruv smile……
