Your favorite Pakhi, Shraddha Arya is back on the channel Life Ok, in the new show Dream Girl. She is seen playing the role of a superstar Ayesha Sareen, married to a successful noted director Manav Sareen. The female lead Nikita Dutta, is playing the role of Laxmi, an aspiring actress, who idolizes Ayesha Sareen and want to become the new Dream Girl. As years pass, Laxmi works hard at becoming an established actress in the film industry. Samar wants to launch himself and seeks his brother, Manav’s, help. Laxmi requests her father to permit her to go to Mumbai to fulfill her dream. In Samar wants Manav to cast him in a movie. Laxmi’s brother motivates her and tells her to not lose hope. Laxmi’s father proposes a challenge and agrees to send her to Mumbai if she succeeds.
Laxmi decides to use ideas from Ayesha’s movies, to win the challenge. Samar prepares for the audition. Laxmi succeeds in the challenge proposed by her father and helps Sharma uncle in getting his daughter Jyoti’s marriage proposal getting fixed by using her acting talent. Manav tells Samar that he needs to work on his acting. Laxmi convinces her father and gets the permission to go to Mumbai. Laxmi vows to make it big in the film industry in six months. On reaching Mumbai, Laxmi learns that she will have to share an apartment with Raj Samosawala. Ayesha humiliates her staff about their work ethics. Samar conceals his identity from Laxmi and pretends to be Raj Samosawala. The show has been looking interesting by its first week and Shraddha’s role of an commanding lady and over possessive nature towards her career makes her different in the show.
