Star Plus’ new show Silsila Pyaar Ka will be taking 8.30 pm slot from 4th January 2015. The show promos were airing since a month before the show got a definite slot. The story is about an obsessive mother Janki Tiwari, who is dominating and very controlling towards her beloved son Raunak. Janki starts the day seeing Raunak’s face. She decides to always have his life’s remote control in her hand. Janki does not want any girl to come in his life and take him away.
Raunak’s friends feel Raunak has become a puppet by his mother. Raunak’s best friend Kajal does not know whom Raunak loves. She wishes Raunak does not fall in love with any girl. That will pose big problem in his life by Janki. Kajal is the outsider who comes between Janki and Raunak. This will create a rift between Janki and Raunak. Kajal is free independent girl. She fills independence and free life in Raunak. She makes him live a life full of joy and free of any restrictions. Janki feels she is the only one to get all the love and care from Raunak. The show will bring a story on what happens when a mother can’t see her son’s love getting divided. Janki can’t stand anyone who comes between Raunak and her. Raunak falls in love with Kajal. What will happen when Kajal becomes a strong contender? Abhay Vakil and Chhavi Pandey will be doing the lead roles in the show, along with Shilpa Shirodkar. Sehban Azim, Khyaati Keswani, Sanjeev Jogtiyani, Rajesh Kukreti, Sumit Bhardwaj and others will be seen as supporting cast. The show seems to be interesting, isn’t it? I think STAR PLUS HAS LOST ITS CHARM……..shows lik Manmarziyan , NAUC , EVEREST ,EHT , SARASWATICHANDRA , IPKKND-EBP , IPKKND , EHMMBH, were FAAAAAR FARRRRR BETTER THAN THE SHOWS RUNNING NOWADAYS……..MISS THOSE daily soaps vvvvmuch……

This concept of mother not being able to take her son dividing his love between mother and wife is age old. Not sure it would be an interesting show. you already know what to expect isn’t it right from start!! so what’s the point in wasting time watching this serial… A big NO to this concept…already shown a hundred times-almost every serial has covered this concept some time or the other. Will not watch this…
Oh my god! This show is another item…… How can a mother be so insecure about her son’s love?? Thats not real face of a mother they r trying to make a mothers character bad

Revenge story always rocks ,likes EHT , NAAGIN, . promo interesting but I think story not much good saas bahu typical drama

Totally very boaring concept.old typical drama type.jodis not good.no hope for a long run I think.but in star these kinds of serial may work.thry don’t accept good concepts and hit jodies like our MANMARZIYAAN.

this is a story that happens in all serials…Don’t know how it will run and I bet it will end soon hust like kthtmd and I agree with lakshana that the old serials were way bettr.And even yhm and dabh lost its charm.They were top serials last time but got into a pot and going round and round with a dragging suspense and thrillere track which is irritating to watch now.I don’t want any other bakwass serial in star plus any longer.

Wrap up ASAP and please do take yrkkh before akshara fell into a coma,dabh before sandhya take another dragging mission into her head ,saathiya before raashi daughter of radha too get wedded to gauras relatives and yhm before shagun really dies and ishita is thrown out of bhalla house…do take these friends along when you wrap up silsila he payar ka
