Star Plus is all set to launch a new fiction titled Badtameez Dil by the end of this month. The show will replace Nisha Aur Uske Cousins. Phir Bhi Na Maane… Badtameez Dil is a love story between a VJ and a business head. Produced by Tequila Shot Productions’ Saurabh Tewary, it will air from 29 June from Monday to Saturday at 8.30 pm. The story is about a wealthy college student Abeer, who enjoys music.

During his college time, he meets with a girl, who subsequently gets married at a young age. However, things take a turn and the couple separate. The story is about two characters that get separated because of their misunderstandings and the manipulations of others only to meet again after seven years to resolve the unsettled issues and misunderstandings.

The characters are slightly edgy and over-the-top. Abeer Malhotra, played by Pearl V Puri is a VJ with Groove Music channel who leads a charming and luxurious life. Whereas Asmita Sood, who plays the character of Meher Purohit, is a practical and dedicated woman who is the business head of the same music channel and has reached this pinnacle of life with a lot of hard work. The show is driven by music. India’s Rawstar contestant Darshan Rawal has sung for the actor. This is an intense and passionate love story of Abeer and Meher. It dwells on the different stages of their relationship and the ego clashes between them. The show is driven by music. Meher is at the top of her game for her years of hard work. Abeer is shown leading a charming and luxurious life. It became a journey of the central characters from the time they are in college till when they are thirty. The show will be a musical love-hate saga and stars newcomers Pearl V.Puri, Asmita Sood and Suyyash Rai. The show also stars Ayub Khan, Indresh Malik and Anjali Mukhi.
