Hina Khan is the pride of Indian television. She has not just acted in daily soaps but she has what is the prestigious red carpet of Cannes international film festival and now she has headed to Bollywood too. She has come a long way since the time she started her journey in acting. The actress, who started her career as Akshara in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai received the trophy for ‘Television Star Of The Decade’ at a recent award function, and it’s left her overwhelmed.
Hina thanked Vikaas Kalantri for the recognition. She also reminisced how she started her journey with a single step and managed to overcome the prejudices and stereotypes that came along with working on television.
