Renu faints. Apollena to rush to her aid. She informs Madhu that Renu has a high fever and asks Bittu if she had been unwell. Bittu reveals that Renu has been feverish since the previous day. Apollena insists they take her home despite Madhu’s hesitation, who worries about angering Renu’s estranged husband. Apollena prioritizes Renu’s health over his ego and brings her home. Upon checking, Apollena finds Renu’s fever at 103°F. When Bittu offers a tablet, Apollena notices it’s expired and refrains from giving it to her, explaining the risks.
Grandma suggests using cold water compresses to lower the fever, but Apollena advises using normal water, explaining the science behind it. Grandma begrudgingly agrees, warning Apollena of the consequences if her advice fails. The doctor checks Renu, commending Apollena’s thoughtful approach. Grandma feels proud of Apollena, acknowledging Girdhar’s wisdom in educating her, though she disapproves of Apollena’s dream to go to space. Apollena notes Bittu’s concern for his mother’s health.
Rupa requests Saraswati’s permission to visit her maternal home but is rebuffed, as Saraswati demands she stay home and prepare a special meal. Despite Rupa’s explanation about her aunt’s visit, Saraswati remains firm. Shlok observes the tension, remarking on the brewing conflict. Rupa, frustrated, complains to Ved about his indifference and Saraswati’s constant criticism. She argues that Saraswati’s expectation of grandchildren is misplaced since she and Ved have decided against having children. Ved tries to reason with her, stating that parents naturally wish for grandchildren. Rupa expresses her frustration to Shlok, lamenting her decision to marry. Shlok humorously agrees, joking that he has high standards for a partner.
Apollena informs Neil that Renu is recovering, assuring him he doesn’t need to skip his workshop. Grandma praises Apollena’s care and remarks that anyone would be fortunate to marry her, but Apollena declares she isn’t interested in marriage. Renu regains consciousness and worries her husband will be furious when he finds out she’s there. Apollena calms her and asks her to rest. Renu’s husband arrives, creating a scene and accusing her of secretly meeting her family
Grandma attempts to explain the situation, but he dismisses her and coldly remarks that Renu hasn’t died yet. This enrages Grandma, who gives him a stern rebuttal. Ignoring everyone, he orders Renu to stay there and storms off. Later, Girdhar returns home with gifts for the family and is surprised to see Renu. Apollena explains the situation. Girdhar offers to speak with Renu’s husband to resolve the matter, but Renu stops him.
