Shlok notices a car explosion on the road and is shocked to see his own license plate on the wreckage. Spotting his driver nearby, he urgently asks about Apollena. The driver informs him that she was inside the car at the time of the blast. The inspector states that Apollena likely perished in the accident, but Shlok refuses to accept it. He insists that nothing can happen to her—she is Apollena, and he will not let anything happen to her. Convinced she is still nearby, he begins searching. The inspector urges him to accept the reality of her death. Heartbroken, Shlok clutches her dupatta and breaks down in tears.
Girdhar prepares for the final rites. Madhu objects, insisting that Apollena is alive. However, Girdhar clarifies that the rituals are not for her but for himself — she has already destroyed his dreams and his reason to live. He must do this to find peace. In his anguish, he shatters Madhu’s bangles. She pleads with him to reconsider, but he remains stubborn. The priest refuses to perform the rituals for someone still alive, but Girdhar declares he will do it himself, without anyone’s help. Madhu is left emotional.
Shlok is tormented by memories of Apollena. He recalls how she had asked him to accompany her, but he had sent her with the driver instead. He blames himself for her fate. The inspector urges him not to take the blame—an unnoticed fuel leak had caused the explosion. Desperate for any sign of her, Shlok calls her phone. Hearing its ringtone nearby, he becomes certain she is still there and orders a search.
Lying on the roadside, Apollena struggles to call out, but her voice fails her. She weakly raises her hand to signal for help, recalling her father’s words as she tries to steady her breath. Meanwhile, the driver brings a JCB to fill the pit, unaware that Apollena is there. Just before she is buried under the sand, Shlok spots her hand and the distinct rocket tattoo. He rushes forward, but the driver unknowingly covers her with sand. Enraged, Shlok yells for them to stop, shouting that his wife is there.
Back home, Madhu confides in Dadi about her growing fear—something feels terribly wrong. Apollena has not returned, and she is worried. Dadi tries to reassure her, saying they had been preparing to welcome Apollena back, but Girdhar’s actions are clouding their joy. She urges Madhu to pray for her safety.
Shlok frantically digs through the sand and finally pulls Apollena out. They embrace tightly, overwhelmed with relief. He gives her water and scolds her for not signaling him earlier. She explains the situation, just as Ira calls the driver to confirm the accident. To her shock, she sees Shlok tenderly helping Apollena clean her face. Rupa gushes over how adorable they look together, but Radha reveals that they actually sleep in separate rooms. Ira smirks, thinking she knows exactly how to drive a wedge between them. Apollena narrates the incident to the inspector, who then turns to Shlok and asks who she is to him. Without hesitation, Shlok declares her as his wife.
