Girdhar warns Apollena to stay away from Vaishali and Shlok as he believes they are a bad influence. Apollena agrees, but Dadi advises her not to blindly follow her father, reminding her that she is old enough to make her own decisions. Dadi encourages Apollena to get ready to meet the Mahadev family. Shlok talks to Irani, who questions why he is standing up for Apollena and asks if he would have done the same for her. Shlok affirms that he would. Their bond makes Saraswati happy, and she subtly asks Irani if she has feelings for Shlok. Irani blushes, and Saraswati, approving of their bond, gifts Irani a bangle, expressing her support for their relationship.
The Mahadev family warmly welcomes Girdhar’s family. During the meeting, Mahadev proposes a marriage alliance between Shlok and Apollena. Girdhar is taken aback and criticizes Shlok, pointing out his lack of ambition and inability to take responsibility, unlike Apollena, who has excelled academically and earned her own way. Despite Dadi’s efforts to mediate, Girdhar firmly rejects the proposal. When asked for her opinion, Apollena sides with her father, affirming she has no feelings for Shlok.
Saraswati scolds Mahadev for proposing the alliance, but he insists that Apollena is the right match for Shlok. Saraswati, however, resolves to find someone better for her son. Later, Girdhar confronts Apollena about her feelings, and she reiterates that she has none for Shlok. She informs Shlok of her father’s decision, which prompts him to create a scene at home. Determined to prove himself, Shlok decides to move to London. The next day, Girdhar faces a shocking development when the CBI arrives to arrest him, accusing him of being involved in Pallavi’s escape from jail.
