The episode starts with Kinjal discussing with Anupama the unnecessary issue that arose, while Anupama questions the Kotharis’ hypocrisy in accepting temple service but rejecting street food. Kinjal worries if Rahi can adjust to the Kothari family, but Rahi reassures Anupama that she won’t be restricted. Meanwhile, Panditji warns Moti Baa that Rahi is unsuitable for Prem, claiming she brings danger to him. However, Rahi saves Prem from an accident, reinforcing his faith in their bond.
Despite objections, Prem is determined to marry Rahi. When Moti Baa insists on horoscopes, Prem confronts her but Rahi urges him to understand her perspective. Hasmukh and Anupama visit the temple, where Anupama shocks the Kotharis by revealing Rahi’s adoption. She compares their bond to Lord Krishna and Mother Yashoda, urging Moti Baa to accept Rahi.
However, Moti Baa refuses, citing Rahi’s orphan status and demanding to know her background. Anupama shares Rahi’s past with Maya, but Moti Baa remains firm. Prem defends Rahi, questioning the family’s standards. Anupama directly challenges Moti Baa on why Rahi cannot marry into the Kothari family.
Precap: Panditji informs Moti Baa that Rahi and Prem’s horoscopes perfectly match according to original ones and Rahi will bring success in Prem’s life. Prem comments that when god wishes, he even changes kundalis.
