Anupama calls Kinjal and asks how are she and her little girl. Kinjal says she is fine and the baby is sleeping. Anupama says baby’s dada buddy wants to talk to Kinjal. Anuj says just buddy, dada/grandfather is Vanraj. He recites a shayari for Kinjal’s little baby and apologizes for not able to visit them yet. Kinjal says even she is sorry for not bringing baby to her dada buddy. Anuj says its okay and says he will visit them after they get discharged and reach home. Little Anu says even she will come. Kinjal says they are going home today, Little Anu can visit her. Anuj asks Anupama to visit Shahs. Anupama says she will stay with him. He says he is fine, Kinjal needs her, so she should go with Little Anu and return soon. Anupama agrees. She instructs cook to what serve Anuj and prays god to help her manage both her duties with due diligence.
Shahs decorate house to welcome Kinjal and her baby. Vanraj goes to bring Kinjal and baby home. Leela waits for Anupama to perform some rituals. Kavya asks to tell her what needs to be done. Leela says she won’t understand and criticizes Anupama for adopting Little Anu and burdening herself with unnecessary responsibilities. Samar asks her not to say that in front of Little Anu. Hasmukh warns her to let the good day be good and not create any issues today. Anupama gets ready to visit Shahs. Anuj asks her not to worry about him. Little Anu says she got ready by herself. Ankush, Barkha, and Adhik walk to them. Anupama says doctor suggested not to overstress Anuj by reminding him about the things he forgot. They not okday. Barkha asks Ankush if Anuj even forgot their misdeeds. Ankush says he didn’t or else he would have spoken to them normally. Anupama asks Anupama to go and return home soon. Little Anu says she is carrying a camera along to click baby’s pics. Anupama imagines Anuj walking to them and accompanying them. She gets out of her imagination and prays god that she is leaving a wife’s responsibility and is going to follow a grandmother’s responsibility, she cannot be everywhere but god can and should protect Anuj till she returns.
Kinjal and baby get ready for discharge. Toshu enters and tells Rakhi that doctor gave permission to go home. Rakhi frowns seeing Toshu. Pakhi video chats with Adhik and shows him decoration to welcome baby home. Anupama with Little Anu reaches Shah house and feels excited seeing the decoration. Leela scolds her for being late. Anupama apologizes and says she will start pooja arrangements immediately. Little Anu asks her not to scold her mummy as papa is unwell and mummy was attending him. Kavya takes Little Anu away. Anupama rushes to kitchen. Leela follows her and asks her to keep Little Anu away from the baby as she may insist to hold the baby and harm her unknowingly. Anupama says that will not happen as Little Anu is very understanding and has already lived with other kids in ashram, she will ask her to stay away from the baby even then if Leela thinks so. Leela says any grandma would do same and says she scolded Anupama out of nervouness as she wants to welcome a baby in a perfect way as a baby is coming to their house after many years.
Anupama says even her baby had come here. Anupama says Little Anu is from Kapadia family, she is talking about Shah family. Anupama says she made a mistake of expecting Leela would accept her daughter as dear one; people consider even their own daughters as someone else, why would Leela be different; Leela is happy with her great grandchild’s arrival, similarly she is happy with Little Anu’s arrival. Leela thinks if Anu loves her daughter, she loves her great granddaughter more. After discharge, Rakhi insists to take baby in her car. Vanraj says he will hold the baby. Rakhi says she will drive. Vanraj says she should drive via ring road. Rakhi asks him not to teach her. They get into car with Kinjal, baby, and Toshu. Rakhi takes a different route.
Anupama finishes work. Leela taunts she wouldn’t have scolded her if she had reached home early. Hasmukh says she would have complained about something else then. Dolly and Meenu visit Shahs to welcome baby. Little Anu shows her excitement to meet baby. Leela warns her to maintain distance and stay away from her geat granddaughter. Little Anu feels sad. Anupama cheers her up. She then calls Anuj and asks him to have his medicine and food on time. She hears car horn and rushes out disconnecting call. Anuj feels distressed. Shah family and Anupama rush out to welcome baby and perform a welcome ritual.
Precap: Anupama confronts and slaps Toshu for having an affair. Rakhi says she has proof of his infidelity. Toshu says Kinjal was pregnant and it was obvious to get attracted to another woman. Anupama shouts infidelity is not accepted by any woman and thinks how will he inform Kinjal about it in such a critical condition.

Anupama is a b*tch,she didn’t agreed to go to Anuj leaving kinjal when hasmukh insisted her so,when everyone was around kinjal but she agreed in first or second time when Anuj insisted her to go to kinjal.
The insult is unnecessary.
This anupama will always be a maid of shah family..some days ago,baa asked anupama not to come to shah house again..and today baa is scolding anupama for coming late..seriously? Itne tantrums to asli maid v tolerate naii karenge..anupama khud ki beizzati karate rehti hai sath me anuj or chhoti anu ki bhi
anupama is always about her she has to doing everything and stick her nose in the world just keep out of it

Very disappointed with Anupamaa, leaving Anuj with so little resistance.
Soon as she gets to Shah house, she gets insulted by Baa.
Baa asked her to keep little Anu away from baby, another insult. Anupamaa should have walked out.
One thing to insult Anupamaa and another to make a little girl feel inferior 🤬
Anuj supports Anupamaa so much, he stood up for her whenever she got insulted, gave her confidence, treats her like a queen.
What has he got in return?
Leaving Anuj? It must be more than a month that Anuj is on wheel chair.
Anupama didn’t leave Anuj for a second during his surgery and she didn’t leave Kinjal also during her surgery.
Anupama has all the rights to relax/enjoy when she wants. Lets not worry about that.
Luckily she has a big family and everything will sail smoothly when everyone help each other.
Lets help each other. Things will fall in place automatically/problems will run away.

If Barkha, Ankush, Adhik can support honestly, they will also stay supported, else everything will go for a toss.
Hope characters in this show/life learn after doing/seeing mistakes, if not, same circumstances will repeat in loop resulting frustration. Life is the perfect master.
I just wanted to point out something. Baa wasn’t really wrong when she said after pakhi pari is the one because of whom they’re so happy. Because as far as I know they were born and will be raised at Shah’s that’s why. Keep in mind that baa didn’t even mention dolly’s (the real daughter of the house) kid she was born after pakhi. So why anupama gave her a lecture about apna paraya. she thinks Shah’s lives should revolve around her. 2nd thing is baa is so selfish, doesn’t she know what state Anuj is in?
Anupama is going to get stressed juggling between shah house and kapadia house. She should call mukku to come back and help her and tell her all about what barkha, ankush etc are up to. Even with such a life threatening accident mukku doesn’t want to visit her brother? Has anyone even bothered to tell her?
I find no fault in Barkha when she confronted Anupama during Anuj’s accident.
Anuj is adopted so blood thicker than water doesn’t apply to him.
Problem is she tried to takeover the business/ditch instead of helping them.
Irony is Barkha herself was ditched by her own bother.
So money is thicker!
Whatever u guys saying about Anupama n Barkha are so right!! Barkha she herself was victim of betrayal frm her own brother but she is eyeing Anuj’s asset now!! Never learn her lesson!! Anuj is the one tat are being unfairly treated by Anupama!! He loves her unconditionally tries many ways to make Anupama feels cherished n loved, yet when come to Shahs Anupama’s priority is Shahs!! Even though they were the one tat taunted humiliated n disrespected her!! Anuj loves her like a diamond but she rather wanna get insulted by the Shahs!!🙄🙄🙄 Anupama will not feel the pain until one day Anuj leave her!!! Coz she takes Anuj for granted!!!
Barkha deserved the betrayal from her brother coz she is doing wat her brother did to her the same way!!! ( lesson nvr learnt ) Anupama loves to be a doormat n punch bag coz she rather values Shahs over Anuj!!!

You guys complain about this serial but it is still number one serial. This is a bull shot serial. That woman Anupam is insult for any woman.
Why anupama gets insulted all the time by her mother in law she has no right what a rubbish story stopped watching i think Anuj will leave her and barkha will take everything
After the huge drama with everyone insulting Anupama and kicking her out Shah house and also asking her to never return, even she said she won’t go there anymore, but stupidly she is there to control again, why cant baa do things since she claims to know everything? Why she have to wait on Anupama to get there, and then insults her for being late? I know it’s no bother to her that she has an invalid husband who need care at home.
Anupama need to give more importance and priority to Anuj instead of leaving him with Bharka and her greedy team, now she knows he don’t remember things, she should be more attentive to him, but seems she is stupidly again trusting them with him 🤬 she will be sorry.
Why can’t the sorry bunch if Shah’s look after their own household. Steupssss
