Anupama 6th August 2025 Written Episode, Written Update on TellyUpdates.com

Anupama advises Prarthana on honoring traditions, such as praying to the gas stove before cooking, and urges her to carry forward the family legacy while also sharing her generation’s values. Prarthana agrees to learn from Anupama and Leela and to involve the whole family in household responsibilities. The Shah family begins preparations for Ansh and Prarthana’s wedding, with Ansh offering to help despite Kinjal’s advice to relax. Sarita expresses excitement about witnessing her first Gujarati wedding, and Leela laments not having more money for a grand celebration, but Anupama reassures her they will do their best.

During a market visit, Anupama, Ansh, and Prarthana meet Parag, Khyati, Mahi, and Rahi, where Ansh promises to give Prarthana a good life. Prarthana twists her leg, worrying Ansh, and Parag notices his concern. At home, Pakhi taunts Ishani about her own wedding, prompting Preet’s anger. Pakhi’s attitude and her warning to Preet about her belongings raise Ishani’s concern. Ansh and Prarthana wish for the whole family to attend their mehendi, while Paritosh plans to film the event for income. Preet complains about inadequate dance rehearsals, but Bharti urges her not to burden Anupama, who remains focused on her performance.

Leela asks if Anupama will return after the finale, while Pakhi and Paritosh secretly hope she leaves, but Kinjal insists she stay. Meanwhile, Gautam schemes to disrupt the mehendi, prompting Anupama to warn him that she will not tolerate any harm to the wedding.

Precap: Ansh and Prarthana await the arrival of Rahi, Mahi, and Pari, but Rahi refuses Anupama’s welcome and boldly challenges the dance ranis at the sangeet.

Rahi’s big ego needs to come crashing down.
She is overdoing it with her rudeness and audacity, one would swear that Cat Face Kyati is her own mother.

      • Veena on August 6, 2025 4:14 pm

I agree. Rahi has to come down from her high horse. She should thank her lucky stars for getting such a loving and tolerating husband in Prem. Mahi needs a lesson – Khyati and Vasundra too have to be brought down to earth and Gautam needs to be punished for his evil deeds. We need happiness in Anupama seriel or loose watchers . Patagonia has to stand up now and stand with truth and make everyone believe the fact that Aryan was a drug addict before he came to them.

      • Uni on August 6, 2025 6:03 pm

Right @Veena it’s high time for Gautam to be punished and the Kotharis to see his true colours especially Vasandhara, this woman care less about her own grand daughter wellbeing n keeps favoring the evil grand son in law, obviously seeing his status more than his character!

      • Uni on August 6, 2025 5:57 pm

Exactly! @Trix I just don’t understand when Prem is so understanding even told Khyati off to deal with her own trauma, why is Rahi still so against Anupama, before Rahi could be Khyati daughter in law, she is Prem wife first, if Prem is not happy how can she sees Khyati more important than
        Prem her husband happiness?

    2. Enam on August 6, 2025 8:18 pm

I just can’t stand Anupama always ready to lecture others but not her own, never stands up for own right! Why the condoning of her brat daughter again n again no wonder that brat Rahi keeps taking advantage of her! As she sees thru Anupama will always yearn for her love!!

      • ID on August 6, 2025 10:23 pm

I wish she could just let her know her place as an adopted child and even that Mahi, I’m sure she doesn’t want to be reminded of her birth!

      • Uni on August 6, 2025 11:50 pm

You are right someone should remind her every time she taunts Anupama her own mother abandoned her n without Anupama Paritosh would had sold her long ago, and Rahi should also be reminded her biological mother was a pr*stitute!

    3. Sala on August 6, 2025 11:59 pm

You are both right, Rahi thinks that she claimed to be Anuj Kapadia daughter she is high n above but she forgets no matter what can’t change the fact that who she was born as was a pr*stitute’s daughter a pr*stitute blood flows in her body!!!

While other country leaders are powerful, In India leadership is timid.
      But we people are courageous.
Doctors protest, Farmers protest, Workers protest, children protest and teachers also joined in! We all are together.
Thank you Khan Sir for dialysis centers on last Monday of Sravan. Can any Hindu give eid Mubarak gift?
Neetu Ma’am you are brave. Thanks for being the voice of women teachers everywhere.
Huge respect to all teachers who came in support of the children. I salute from core of my heart. our future is in your hands. Stay strong, Stay safe. We are with you.
Democracy is strongest when citizens don’t wait to be saved, but step up to build, protect, and uplift together.
      ———
Dear leadership/citizens, our current/coming generations don’t have a habitable climate, unemployment crisis, corrupted society, relationship problems.
Who you are working for? What is your goal? what is your legacy? how you will be remembered in history in this era of digital foot print?
      ———-
And why there is so much of coemption and corruption exactly?
Can’t we regularize all kind or professions?
      Why can’t farming be a high-tech profession?
Why can’t farmers be engineers using advanced equipment and robots?
Why not build teams with procurement managers, marketers, delivery partners, housekeeping staff, agriculturists, meteorologists, scientists and RnD—all working together on a single piece of land, running it like a company? Having provision to promote and rotate?
Same goes for Sanitary engineers, Textile, Real estates, Lawyers….. so on.
Organizing sectors will increase peace, productivity and innovation manifolds.
      ———-
Rewatched Love Between Fairy and Devil because of its lingering impact.
Once again, I thoroughly enjoyed Dongfang Qingcang’s interactions—with his father, brother, subordinates, and his sense of duty toward his tribe, his loyalty to the goddess, and the harsh realities of warfare, where all suffer for absolutely no reason, mostly due to the malicious intentions of a few.
And in the end, no one truly benefits.
It was a relief to finally see peace between the tribes.

The Fairy/Goddess continues to face the same fate, asking the same question every time:
      Why so much hate?
Isn’t it possible to live a peaceful life with the ones we love?
What really stops us from achieving that?

The final message is clear—killing emotions can make one supremely powerful(devilishly)?
but mastering emotions while keeping empathy alive is what makes one unanimous with the creator.

And above all, it’s the music that stays with you—it truly beyond borders.

      ———–
Have watched very few dramas/shows apart from Anupama.
And the number of shows that leave a lingering impact is even smaller.
To be precise, The Black Panther and Devon Ke Dev Mahadev.

Like everything in Devon Ke Dev Mahadev.
I often saw myself as Nandi or Lakulesh.
Completely awestruck every time Brahma, Vishnu and Mahadev spoke.
Being controlled by tantriks, Parvati, out of jealousy, swallowed Lord Shiva and became a widow.
Out of anger, Shiva destroyed Ganesha and Kamadev,
Out of empathy, he drank poison to save the creation.

The vulnerability, impulsiveness, responsibility, empathy, and raw emotions shown by both Shiva and Shakti—no other drama has portrayed them so deeply.
Its final message, to accept the ways of life is truly unforgettable.
And its music has become the part of life.
      —————
Going to watch Mahavatar Narsimha soon.
Truly wish many more mythological dramas with strong messages could reach the masses.
Sadly, India’s core has got corrupted, we’ve shifted from a minimalistic way of life to a deeply materialistic one.
The revival of Ashram traditions, especially when combined with CSR and research activities, can be an optimistic option.
I’ve genuinely enjoyed Ashram life, whether at Sathya Sai Ashram, Sri Sri’s AOL Ashram, during Vipassana, or at Patanjali in Haridwar. They have ever lasting impact.

Can these spaces come together to accommodate both teens (Brahmacharya) and elders (Vanaprastha) together?

Right now, the family structure seems to be in danger.
Only such Ashram living for teens can help them grow into strong and empathetic individuals, capable of maintaining all kinds of relationships, including those with nature/environment.
And Vanaprastha can offer elders a path toward joyful enlightenment while keeping the traditions with current trends.
Teens and the elderly, two ends of the same family, must live together in Ashrams. That could be the foundation of a more conscious and compassionate society?
      ————
Love is both power and empathy, without power, it cant stand; without empathy, it’s just lust.
Khud hi ko kar buland itna ke Khuda bande se khud puche, bata teri raza kya hai. Ameen.

I once happened to pet a few male and female hamsters, kept in separate groups.
Every day, I gave them imported food, nuts (especially almonds), and plenty of water.

The male group mostly kept to themselves, playing on their wheels, climbing up and down their multi-storied enclosure, and then sleeping.
During feeding time, the first one to arrive would grab and hide nearly 75% of the food, the next one about 20%, and the rest got even less, in decreasing proportion.
But interestingly, those who hoarded food could never eat it openly.
Most of the hidden food was later found while cleaning, and I would end up reusing it.

On the other hand, the female group was always alert and aggressive during food distribution.
They would fight fiercely, and once, one hamster even injured another’s eye during a snatching fight.
        They never ate peacefully.

Eventually, heartbroken, I returned them all.

        I kept wondering:
Why do they, and we humans, compete like this?
There’s enough to go around, enough to help each other and build a heaven.
Then why do we turn it into hell, into something so hostile, so uninhabitable?

Heaven or hell isn’t a place, it’s how we treat each other.
