Sarita asks Anupama if Manohar will visit today, to which Anupama replies he will come another day. Later, Sarita’s daughter pleads to go on a school trip, revealing her father refused permission. Sarita dismisses her, saying not all dreams come true, and confides in Anupama about her own unfulfilled aspirations due to financial constraints. Anupama encourages her to pursue dancing, emphasizing that the experience matters more than winning. She offers to share her practice time, and Sarita agrees to rehearse despite her doubts.
Meanwhile, Rahi discovers Khyati is blocking her admission but refuses to blame her, understanding her pain. When Prem points out Khyati’s inability to move on, Rahi decides to quit the dance competition. However, Prem persuades her to form a new team with Pari and Meeta. Parag and Prem rally behind Rahi, motivating her to participate.
Elsewhere, Leela pressures Pakhi to quit working for the Kotharis, warning her about Ansh and Prarthana. Pakhi defends her job and reminisces about Anupama, saying they could have won the competition with her. Leela snaps at her to stop mentioning Anupama, though Pakhi insists even Leela misses her.
Bharti notices Anupama cooking noodles and later confronts her about her dancing past. Anupama is taken aback but opens up about her struggles and moving on, leaving Bharti emotional. Preet interrupts, demanding tea, leading to a spat until Anupama steps in. Preet gifts Anupama an earring, promising new ones if they win the competition.
As Anupama and Preet wait for Sarita, she arrives, explaining her daughter helped with chores, freeing her time to rehearse. Anupama mentions Rita and Usha, but Sarita doubts Rita will join due to her mother-in-law’s objections.
Meanwhile, Rahi’s new team—Pakhi, Pari, and Meeta—practices, but Pakhi compares Rahi unfavorably to Anupama, angering Rahi. Vasundhara catches them dancing and scolds them harshly.
Bharti, moved by Anupama’s past, admires her love story but agrees to keep it secret. Anupama reflects on her resilience, while Preet’s demands create tension until Anupama diffuses it with kindness. The stage is set for dreams, rivalries, and emotional confrontations as the dance competition approaches.
Precap: Manohar tells Sarita that she’s making a mistake, but Sarita insists she won’t be able to perform. Anupama urges her to stay patient. Sarita then reveals that Rita is suffering abuse at the hands of her husband and mother-in-law. Determined to help, Anupama decides to support Rita. Meanwhile, Rahi is surprised to learn that Prem has already met Anupama.

Fact is fact truth is truth you can’t change the fact that Anupama is a better dancer than you Rahi!! She opened Anupama Academy even before you can dance!! No matter what she is your adopted mother whatever she did she didn’t do anything wrong to you, even if she was blamed for Aryan death, she don’t deserved your humiliation n insults for no matter what she adopted you with Anuj and she ended up seperated from him bcoz of you ungrateful brat! If not for you Anupama will not be where she is! Why you can understand Khyati pain but not Anupama?? Hypocriscy at its best!
The fact that Anupama goes into everyone’s business and not addresses her own, is the gossip culture that indian women are so known for.

Maybe it was because her emotions had once been toyed with by those men on the street, who made her dance for them. Dance has become a traumatic memory.
Other women do have dreams of dancing, but due to various circumstances, they suppress their desires.
When family opposes your dream but you really want to achieve it, you don’t need to think about “If I win, everyone will respect me”, but rather think about “Whether I win or lose, I have taken the first step. I live for myself.”
The writer is absurb, wherever Anupama goes miseries follows! Khyati is hypocrite she knows Prem accepted her bcoz of her sacrificed of Aryan so she is taking advantage of that, that whatever she does Prem will just condon her, that is why she is hurting Rahi as much as she wants to, Prem should just tell her off that she never truly treats him as her own! Even Parag sees through her hypocriscy! As for Rahi I read in the gossip sites that she demands Anupama to back off the competition for her to prove that she is a mother, coz she knows that Anupama is sure to win, but how dare she demands who is she? She don’t consider Anupama her mother anymore?? Why Anupama should sacrifices for a stranger?? Rahi is now worst than Pakhi, Toshu n Mahi, she is the most hypocrite, she gives in to Khyati nonsense but bully Anupama just bcoz Anupama will succumb to her nonsense without fighting back! Just absurb!
How can such a personality be a teacher? Rahi don’t respect, bully, insults, humiliates her mother, don’t respect the dance competition by manipulating the competitor! How can such people be anyone teacher? Not to mention what she did to Anupama. Even she don’t deserves Prem, if Prem is sensible enough to understand Anupama is not to be blamed for Aryan death, Rahi being her daughter purposely refuse to understand?? She even don’t allow others to call her name? Anupama don’t deserve such treatment from Rahi! Only Samar was the only kid Anupama had.
