Anxious Maaya searches for Anupama in Kapadia house. Anupama and Anuj sit on a park bench and look at each other. Tere Mere Darmiyaan Hain… song plays in the background. Anuj thanks Anupama for spare some time for him even after so much happened. He says maybe this is the last moment of them sitting together peacefully and he can sacrifice his 7 lives for this moment. He recites a poem meaning they should preserve this moment for life. He says she may have to start packing for America after today; he may not get a chance to apologize again, he apologizes her for getting Maaya in their lives, etc. Anupama says there is no need to speak further and says Maaya is Little Anu’s mother and he should take care of Maaya and Little; he wants him to take even Pakhi’s responsibility. He says he considers Pakhi also as his daughter and will take care of her; he requests her to make a call daily or at least once a week. Anupama says she will even if he had not asked for.

Maaya runs on road and falls down. Anuj says its weird that they are separating. Anupama says their heart is one though, she has preserved his memories even before packing her stuff. Anuj says he will come to USA to see her, but will not come in front of her. He looks at her. Tere Mere Darmiyaan.. song continues to play in the background. She says he can come to meet her. He gets Maaya’s repeated calls and disconnects them. She says I love Kapadia ji. He says I love you too, I MaAn you. She shyingly says I MaAn you too. Maaya hopes Anuj picks his call. Anupama asks Anuj to pick Maaya’s call. Anuj picks call and asks if she is outside. She says yes and pleads to let her meet Anupama once. Anupama signals Anuj to say yes. Anuj says they are in a garden nearby home. Maaya thanks her and says she is coming there.

Anuj says if Maaya creates any problem this time, he will not spare her. Anupama Maaya will not do anything wrong this time. Anuj says let’s go from here before she comes as he will get out of control. Anupama notices Maaya running around in a panicked state and calls her. Maaya reaches her, falls down on her feet, and apologizes for her sins. She apologizes for interfering between them and troubling them. She says she snatched Anupama’s daughter and husband, but Anupama is so good that she only blessed her; she felt bad when her daughter told she loves Anupama more than her. She apologizes Anuj for separating him from his Anupama and pleads not to go away from Anuj as they are made for each other. She promises to go away from them forever.

Anupama says if she doesn’t go to America, along with her dreams, Gurumaa’s dreams and trust will be broken and she can’t do that; only god knows about the future, but right now she will go to America. Maaya says she can’t leave Anuj and Little Anu alone. Anuj says if Maaya has really changed, then he and Anupama will support her always. Maaya hands over Ganapati idol to Anupama and starts coughing. Anupama goes to get water for her. Maaya notices a speeding truck towards Anupama, rushes and pushes her away, and herself gets knocked down and passes away.

Precap: During Maaya’s last rights, Leela says she doesn’t think Anupama can go to America even this time. Barkha says Little’s one mother left the world and another is leaving the country. Vanraj suggests Anupama to never stop for anyone.
