The group is on edge, as everyone is frightened by Rahi’s intense demeanor. Preet explicitly states that Rahi scared them, prompting Rahi to ask if Preet is also afraid. Preet deflects, claiming she came outside because she wasn’t sleepy. When Devika invites Rahi to sleep with them, Rahi pointedly ignores a similar request from Anupama and chooses to share a bed with Devika instead.
Later, Anupama, Rahi, Preet, Bharti, and Devika witness a shooting star and make wishes. Anupama wishes for her son Samar to visit her dreams if he has a message, Preet wishes for career success, and Devika wishes for recovery from her illness and for Jaya’s mother to get well. Rahi simply wishes for her dream to come true, while Anupama is left with a palpable feeling of Samar’s presence.
The night takes a sinister turn when they hear a strange noise. Anupama remembers Sarita’s warning not to look around because it is Prakash’s house. When Preet asks who Prakash is, Sarita explains he is a man who doesn’t let “humans or even God” sleep. Anupama begins to wonder if her trip has a deeper purpose connected to Samar. Meanwhile, Hasmuk grows restless at home, worrying that his own illness would ruin the ladies’ trip.
The tension escalates when Rahi shouts a warning that two men were staring at Anupama. While Devika and Preet find no one and dismiss it as a dream, Rahi insists she saw them, and Anupama believes her. Sarita reiterates that no one visits the village because of Prakash, but Anupama suggests it could be curious outsiders and decides they should all sleep inside with caution. Unbeknownst to them, the two men report back to Prakash, who orders them to keep watch on the women.
The next morning, Anupama wakes up thinking of Samar and is touched to find Rahi holding her hand. Leela notices her pensiveness, and Anupama admits she is missing Samar intensely and felt his presence. Leela advises her not to be emotional. When Khyati learns about Samar, Anupama shares that he never liked to see her cry, just as Aryan can’t bear to see Khyati upset.
As they get ready for the day, Anupama tells Sarita she heard voices from Prakash’s house, to which Sarita explains he prays at night due to his “special powers.” Still, Anupama cannot shake the feeling that Samar is near. This feeling is mirrored at home, where Hasmuk, Ansh, and Paritosh decide to pray, with Paritosh deeply missing his brother. When Anupama calls Hasmuk and mentions Samar, he becomes emotional. Once again, Anupama senses Samar’s presence and pleads for a sign, at which point Samar’s voice is heard, telling her to open her eyes.
Precap: Samar tells Anupama that as a mother, her presence in the village carries a deeper purpose. Soon after, Sarita introduces Anupama to Prakash, who fixes his intense gaze on her.
