Anupama senses she’s being accused by the Kotharis once more. As reality sinks in, Rahi blames Anupama for showing up, while Prem invites Anupama, Hasmuk, and Leela inside. Khyati criticizes Anupama’s return, calling her shameless after previously being ousted. Anupama explains she came only for Ansh. Anil warmly welcomes Hasmuk and Leela, but Anupama hesitates at the threshold, recalling being thrown out by the Kotharis before. Prem reassures her, urging her to enter as she remembers Ansh and Prarthana.

Inside, Hasmuk, Leela, and Anupama discuss Prarthana and Ansh. Vasundhara warns the Shahs not to interfere with Prarthana’s matters. Anupama argues that if the Kotharis had stood by Prarthana, she would never have left them. Gautam accuses Anupama of manipulating Prarthana into divorce and remarriage. Anupama retorts, saying Gautam mistreated Prarthana and is shifting blame. She adds that even a woman—like the earth—cannot bear endless suffering, and sometimes must respond to injustice. She reminds Gautam how she confronted him in the past but clarifies she isn’t there to revisit old disputes.

Khyati claims Anupama’s presence reopens past wounds. Anupama urges Parag to consider Prarthana’s happiness, pointing out how content Prarthana is with the Shahs. She appeals to the Kotharis to agree to Ansh and Prarthana’s marriage. Hasmuk and Leela also request that everyone start afresh, but Vasundhara refuses. Khyati insults Prarthana’s mental stability and refuses to ally with the Shahs, whom she accuses of murder. Gautam vows never to let Prarthana marry Ansh, but Anupama asserts Prarthana’s right to choose her partner.

Leela declares that the wedding is fixed and will proceed, with or without the Kotharis’ blessing, emphasizing Anupama’s goodwill in trying to talk. She suggests hosting a grand wedding for Ansh regardless. Unexpectedly, Parag shocks everyone, especially Vasundhara, by agreeing to the proposal.

Meanwhile, Pakhi fears Kothari backlash against the alliance, but Kinjal urges her not to overreact, while Paritosh supports Pakhi’s concerns. Vasundhara confronts Parag over his decision. Gautam threatens to teach Prarthana a lesson, but Parag says he accepts the alliance but will sever ties with the Shahs.

Elsewhere, Ansh and Prarthana worry about Anupama facing more humiliation on their behalf. Nevertheless, Anupama, Hasmuk, and Leela return home joyfully.

Precap: Anupama discovers that Rahi has purchased the slot they had chosen. Later, she, Ansh, and Prarthana cross paths with Parag and Khyati. When Ansh attempts to seek Parag’s blessings, Parag takes note of Ansh’s concern for Prarthana.
