Devika gently urges Anupama to stop worrying about her children, reminding her that Parag is capable of handling Pari and Raja’s issues. She advises Anupama to let Pakhi and Pari manage their own lives and focus instead on moving forward. But Anupama, emotional and firm, replies that while she can step away from everything else, she can never stop being a mother. She says that even as the world celebrates the New Year, her children are in pain. With a heavy heart, she adds that the day’s events will also affect Ansh, Rahi, and Mahi — and once again, people will question her upbringing.

Devika admits she doesn’t know how to be a good mother herself and confesses that she’ll need Anupama’s guidance to raise her daughter, Jaya. Bharti and Preet echo her words, saying they, too, need Anupama’s wisdom. Sarita then asks Anupama a piercing question — whether she truly wants to move on or not — leaving Anupama silently shaken.

Meanwhile, Rahi misses Anupama deeply and looks for Prem, saying that if Anupama were here, she would have handled everything. When Anupama tries to call Rahi, Devika stops her, urging her to have faith in her children. She reminds Anupama that they are all grown up and must take responsibility for their own choices. Anupama nods but remains troubled and restless.

At the Shah house, Kinjal scolds Pari for misbehaving with Vasundhara and asks Hasmuk to contact Parag, but Pari refuses. She insists no one should interfere with the Kotharis and storms off. Kinjal pleads with Hasmuk, but Leela stops him, saying they, too, are exhausted—just like Anupama. Leela tells Pakhi, Paritosh, and Kinjal that they must resolve their own problems and not burden the elders. She reminds them that the house belongs to Hasmuk and warns them not to create more chaos. Frustrated, Leela blames Pakhi’s daughter, Ishani, for adding to their worries and tells Pakhi, Kinjal, and Paritosh to take responsibility. Paritosh threatens Pakhi, accusing her of encouraging Ishani to ruin Pari’s marriage. Pakhi defends herself, while Kinjal, desperate to save the situation, decides to contact the Kotharis herself.

At the Kothari house, Vasundhara prevents Anil from answering Kinjal’s call. Rahi asks Khyati to convince Vasundhara to let her visit the Shah house and speak with Pari. But Khyati, afraid of how Parag and Vasundhara might react, tells Rahi to stay calm. Rahi, heartbroken, wonders if they will even celebrate Bhaiya Dooj this year.

Back with Devika, Anupama sits lost in thought. When Devika asks what’s on her mind, Anupama softly says she’s thinking of Bhaiya Dooj and wishing that Ansh, Pari, Mahi, Ishani, and Rahi could celebrate it together like before. At the same time, Kinjal brings up the festival with Paritosh, but he bitterly says he can’t bring himself to celebrate with Pakhi after what her daughter has done to Pari.

Tension escalates when Ishani confronts Pari, only for Pari to slap her, furious that Ishani ruined her marriage and still dares to argue. Later, a boy threatens Ishani, demanding money in exchange for not leaking her private photos online. Terrified, Ishani wonders how she’ll arrange the money.

Meanwhile, Rahi tries calling Prem, but someone keeps disconnecting her calls. Anupama, traveling with Devika, Sarita, and Preet, learns about a sudden route diversion and grows anxious. The others sense something is wrong.

Back at the Shah house, Ishani receives another threatening message. Pakhi knocks on her door, urging her to open it—but when there’s no response, worry creeps into her voice as she realizes something may be terribly wrong.

Precap: Anupama grows increasingly anxious about the Shah family, unable to shake off her unease. Meanwhile, at the Shah house, everyone is horrified to discover Ishani lying unconscious on the floor. Panic spreads as they rush to help her. Elsewhere, Devika receives the shocking news about Ishani’s condition and is left utterly stunned, realizing the gravity of the situation.
