Preet expresses how empty the house feels without Bharti and wonders why someone so devoted to God is suffering. Anupama consoles her and encourages patience. Preet tries to get a loan for Bharti’s treatment but fails to arrange it immediately, prompting Anupama to devise a plan to cover both medical expenses and rent.
Meanwhile, Prarthana confesses to Parag that Gautam is the father of her child and apologizes for hiding the truth. Gautam denies the accusation, and Vasundhara shames Prarthana for speaking out. Despite Parag’s plea, Prarthana reveals her feelings for Ansh and refuses to return, leaving Rahi shocked as Khyati remarks on Anupama’s successful plan.
Anupama and Prem pray for Bharti, and with the help of Sarita and other chawl women, gather funds to buy her medicines. Sarita reflects on how quickly Bharti’s condition changed. Preet vows to visit the Siddhivinayak Temple once Bharti recovers.
Tensions rise between Vasundhara and Parag as Gautam falsely claims that Prarthana is carrying Ansh’s child. Parag asks Gautam to leave, prompting Vasundhara to threaten her own departure. Prarthana later assures Ansh she isn’t pressuring him into a relationship and only wishes to remain friends. Ansh agrees, citing his responsibilities, and Prarthana finds peace in their friendship.
To save Bharti, Anupama sells her gold earrings. Preet is grateful, but their landlord demands rent, threatening eviction. Anupama manages to pay him just in time. Meanwhile, Pakhi tells Ishani she made money by selling free samples and urges her to focus on the wealthy boy she’s targeting. Bharti regains consciousness and asks for Sumit. Preet reveals that he abandoned her, but Bharti refuses to believe it.
Precap: Anupama and Preet learn about Bharti’s urgent operation. Determined to help, Anupama decides to join a dance competition to raise funds. At the same time, Pari inspires Rahi to participate in the competition as well.
