A sudden interruption shakes everyone—a man steps forward, claiming he has yet to apply haldi. Anupama instantly recalls meeting him at the temple. Rahi confronts the man about his identity, and he drops a shocking truth that he is Rahi’s biological father. The revelation stuns Rahi, Anupama, and others. Moti Baa discovers that Gautam invited the man, who explains

that he has been trying to contact him, insisting he is Rahi’s real father. Prem demands proof, and the man agrees to a DNA test, asserting that although Anuj and Anupama adopted Rahi, he remains her biological father and wishes to attend her wedding. Anupama dismisses his claims, stating that a true father wouldn’t create such a spectacle.

The man insists he isn’t here for drama but is pleased that Rahi is marrying into the Kothari family. Anupama fiercely defends Rahi, but the man shocks everyone further—he reveals that Maya was a bar dancer and that he used to bring customers for her. Rahi, unaware of this past, is left shaken.
