Khyati insists on calling a doctor, but Aryan refuses, claiming he’ll manage with medicine.
Meanwhile, Anupama gifts Mahi a necklace, revealing Kavya bought it. Mahi rejects it, declaring her love for Anupama and requesting her to perform her kanyadaan. Overwhelmed, Anupama tearfully urges Mahi to stay happy before her wedding. Secretly, Aryan takes drugs, blaming withdrawal symptoms but vowing to quit after marriage.
