Anupama 29th July 2025 Written Episode, Written Update on TellyUpdates.com
Rahi and Anupama are shocked to see each other at the temple. When the Panditji asks Rahi to accept the stole as the Lord’s blessing, she refuses and accuses Anupama of only knowing how to hurt people. The Panditji points out that Rahi is disrespecting her mother, but Rahi remains hostile. Anupama tries to calm her down, reminding her that their meeting here is just a coincidence.
Manohar, who has taught both Rahi and Anupama, urges Rahi to stop disrespecting her mother. Rahi, however, accuses Anupama of visiting the temple deliberately. Preet becomes angry and wants to defend Anupama, but Bharti insists it’s a family matter and stops her. When Sarita encourages Preet to respond, Bharti intervenes again. Preet argues that Rahi’s public drama is no longer just a family issue. Prem tries to help, but Rahi warns him to stay out of it, or it will damage their relationship again. Anupama steps in to stop Prem.
Khyati blames Anupama for ruining the puja and asks Vasundhara to do the ritual again. Anupama responds that if Khyati truly had faith, her presence wouldn’t matter. Vasundhara accuses Anupama of being stubborn and trying to compete with Rahi, but Anupama points out Vasundhara’s own stubbornness during previous weddings. Rahi dismisses Anupama’s arguments, and Anupama clarifies it’s not her fault the competition’s finale is in Ahmedabad. Mahi reminds Anupama she is a participant too, but Anupama remains unfazed by Rahi’s team.
Rahi says she isn’t bothered by Anupama’s team and claims her identity as Anuj’s daughter. Anupama responds that Anuj was her husband before being Rahi’s father and attributes his success to focusing on his own goals rather than competing with others. Mahi notes that Anupama will have to compete against her three daughters, to which Anupama confidently says she’s ready.
Khyati adds a condition: the losing team must touch their nose to the ground and apologize, which Vasundhara supports. Both Anupama and Rahi pray for victory.
Elsewhere, Paritosh tries to profit from Anupama’s fame, telling Hasmuk and Leela that Anupama is in Ahmedabad, which excites Hasmuk. Meanwhile, Ansh and Prarthana decide to get married, with Ansh wanting the right to claim Prarthana. Rahi becomes anxious about competing with Anupama, and Khyati advises her to treat Anupama as a serious competitor. Prarthana and Ansh inform the Kotharis of their decision to marry, leaving the family shocked. Amidst all this, Anupama feels that Ahmedabad now seems unfamiliar to her.
Precap: Leela opposes Ansh and Prarthana’s marriage, prompting the couple to seek Anupama’s support. Ansh and Prarthana plead with her, and Anupama steps in to persuade Leela to accept their union.

That Cat Face Khyati must also touch her nose on the ground,
I wonder which person will have the courage to speak up and tell this Cat Face that it was due to her throwing Aryan away that resulted in him being a Drug Addict in the first place, A mother that throws her child away and then wants to mourn is a despicable excuse for a human being.
As for Mahi, there are no words, she didnt even love Aryan, she got married to him to eye and lust after Prem, so her a*se shouldnt be clapping everytime she sees Anupama.
The Old Hag Vasu knows this well, but her mouth only knows to blame Anupama,
As for that other leech Trolshu, what is he trying to profit from with Anupama being around?
Who is Khyati to add condition?? She is just a participant’s family member, she simply trying to add conflict to both Rahi n Anupama coz either way it’s Rahi or Anupama not her doing the condition, just tell her if she wanna rub her nose on the ground she is free to do so! Just absurb!
Why listen to Khyati nonsense? She is not a participant of course she can add any condition as it’s not going to affect her, she is not the one rubbing her nose on the ground! Why pray when all they do is to humiliate or insult people, no respect for the God n the temple! No respect for the competition too!
The serial is highly depressing. I can no longer watch it. To see so much evil rewarded and acceptable by all, and a good woman continually humiliated and disrespected is not a story about empowerment. It is a tragedy. Akin to a Greek tragedy, it shows the heroine is doomed to a life of misery, failure and betrayal from all around her.. viewers should stop watching. Only then will the creators learn not to produce malevolent dramas which are so destructive to the human psyche.
Agreed!!

Anupama should tell Rahi Anuj Kapadia adopted Choti Anu as his daughter not Rahi, she has no respect for Anuj by changing her name according to her liking! From Choti Anu to Aadhya to Rahi!! If she is not happy with Choti Anu then Aadhya? She should just name herself Mrs Kothari enough!
What is the point of praying when they disrespect a mother? There is a saying Mothers are like God, if they are so pious to God yet disrespect a mother to such extent then why go to temple why pray? Do they think God will answer such prayers? Come on be as delusional as you can be! Especially Mahi n Rahi, Vasandhara n Khyati both are mothers too instead of patching relationship of mother n daughter they are ready to destroy and they are not afraid of karma?
What on earth the writer is thinking, it’s getting too much instead of bettering the relationship the writer is determine to add more conflict to the mother n daughter relationship? If the writer has no more positive story for Anupama might as well end the serial! Just don’t find any logic to Rahi n the Kothari wrongly accused n hated Anupama for such a lame excuses?
If both don’t win then what happen? Both rub their noses on the ground?
So no matter who wins Khyati will not be the one who rub her nose on the ground, what a smart ass she is!
Khyati hopes that both Rahi and Anupama will fail. The most important thing for her is that Rahi can defeat Anupama. She doesn’t care who will win the championship (as long as Anupama doesn’t win, it’s fine). So Kothari regards Anupama as their major enemy and ignores other competitors.
Mr. Trump, your peace messages stole the heart, Mr Musk love you for your endeavor to establish true democracy, Dear Mumdani we have a Odisha connection. Good luck to you all. But trust me, there is no world peace without you 3 being together.
Got addicted to Chinese and Korean dramas in last 2 months watched all fairies, dragons, aliens, ruthless generals, ceos, journalists which strengthened my theory that when the powerful cares or when the empath becomes powerful they simply become irresistible and many hearts miss beat irrespective of age, religion, caste, creed, gender, status and border?
Thanks Dylan for depicting the love of devil for fairy which made it a deity!
Love makes one powerful and empathetic at the same time. And may be that is the ultimate goal. Feel ShivShakti together?
When its so easy to capture hearts by just being considerate, why super powers/religions invade/exploit?

Currently India doesn’t really have a middle class, everyone are common people due to MS/TCS/Infosys layoffs? High tax payers are jobless in no time.
Requesting people of India in folded hands, don’t go against each other, stand together for each other, People of India are a single entity.
The more divided we are, the easier it is to be crushed.
Don’t vote blindly for parties. Instead, identify local candidates who are approachable and accountable to you. If a party gives space to such nominees, support that.
In fact, let AI suggest candidates based on live data, and you do the final verification.
We must demand a system where all kinds of jobs are regularized, and people can smoothly transition between blue-collar and white-collar roles. Job rotation should be encouraged. This alone can build skills, solve unemployment, keep us productive, promote research & development.

I don’t understand why everyone is being pushed to be an entrepreneur, who will work then?
I love coding—let the marketers figure out how to sell.
I’m happy farming—let platforms like Amazon do the selling. It’s unfair that farmers must worry about finance, weather and sales. Let there be respective department for these and of course these roles can and should rotate.
One of the most crucial yet neglected sectors in need of regularization is the legal profession.
Imagine if we had legal firms or collectives that not only represented clients in court but also actively guided and protected ordinary citizens—preventing injustice before it occurs.
India has thousands of unemployed or underutilized law graduates, while at the same time, human rights violations continue unchecked. The gap is not in talent or need—the real problem lies in the lack of coordination.
Every citizen deserves to be aware of their rights, duties, and legal protections, and there’s no group better equipped to spread this awareness than lawyers themselves.
But without a structured, accessible legal support system for the common people, that knowledge remains distant.
It can be the foundation for legal literacy and decentralization of justice. Just like we have primary health centers, we need local legal clinics run by certified lawyers with transparent fees, community outreach, and government oversight.
It’s time lawyers are seen not just as courtroom representatives, but as civil society protectors.
Came across a video where a man was expressing frustration – apart earning, they have to help at home without any respect.

Let me talk about my friend who delivers high performance at Accenture, her husband into print media , lost regular job during corona.
Last Sunday she with family visited Church, after returning she didn’t feel like cooking on a Sunday so she ordered food for which her husband slapped her saying its unhealthy and wastage of money.
Immediately after that her twin children headed to police station and filed a case.
My friend is not hot headed and loves her husband(/childhood sweet heart), they are vacationing in Kerala.
———-
How I would have behaved? I must have demanded hubby/son to cook instead of ordering from outside, and slap is beyond my imagination because I am the only terrorist in my house.
So the point is not only men, even women wants to be respected. And that is the only reason why a loving mother becomes controlling mother in law because they also need power/control.
Women also want to be decision makers instead of followers.
As I said both men and women need to acquire power and cultivate empathy, May be that is the ultimate goal of life. May be.

Was Sri Radha married before meeting Lord Krisha? May be.

I belong to the Kanana caste of Odisha—a blend of Brahmin and Kshatriya lineage. I proudly identify as Barnashkari, carrying traits of both wisdom and strength.
Inter caste marriages are scientifically proven to be superior. From a biological standpoint, genetic diversity is generally beneficial.
Same caste marriage are risky.
And how Acharyaji did experiment with dog/pig/mango, what are his products with them?
I in general liked pookie maharaj, but due to some reason they are becoming narrow minded. They fail to see Nara-rupi Narayana, the God within every human.

I think inter-caste or inter-community marriages in India helped Hinduism survived despite centuries of invasions/hatred.
It normally induce greater tolerance, acceptance and broader worldviews in children.
When we know only love can capture hearts why so much of hatred?
Love all, Serve all. Recognize the divine in everyone.
