Anupama reads Devika’s diary and laughs, calling it cute like her. Devika explains that since she had no one to share with, she wrote her thoughts down, including a wish list she made after being diagnosed with cancer. Anupama gets emotional hearing this.
Khyati calls Anupama to apologize, but Anupama learns the Kotharis still refuse to forgive her. Devika advises Anupama not to forgive Khyati. Later, when someone sneaks into the house, Devika insists on catching the thief despite Anupama’s concern. Together, they catch him, and to everyone’s shock, it turns out to be Paritosh, who confesses to stealing Leela’s ornaments out of hunger. While Hasmuk criticizes him, Leela decides to give him another chance, and Anupama agrees with caution.
Anupama organizes a pink-themed birthday party for Devika. Though Devika admits she didn’t want to celebrate, thinking it might be her last, Anupama promises she will be cancer-free by her next birthday. The Shahs shower Devika with love, blessings, and a Ganesh idol as a gift. Leela acknowledges Devika’s kind heart, and the family encourages her to keep fighting.
Meanwhile, Prem and Anil discover Gautam’s fraud, with Rahi helping them, earning Parag’s pride. Though Khyati worries for Parag’s health, he asks her to stop fussing. During the celebrations, Devika expresses how much she needed a family in her difficult time. With everyone’s encouragement, the Shahs continue celebrating Devika’s birthday, filled with hope and togetherness.
Precap: Anupama tells Kinjal that she wishes to fulfill Devika’s bucket list. Hasmuk suggests that the women should go on a trip, and Anupama begins planning it. Prarthana proposes that Rahi, Mahi, and Pari should also join them. Meanwhile, Devika goes to visit the Kotharis.

You are the kind of person any country would dream of as a Nobel Prize candidate, but sadly, not India.
Our nation wastes its greatest talents because of disunity and dirty politics.
If you were really such a “threat,” why now? Why not a week ago? Will the government ever answer this?
They may dig up irregularities and throw endless charges at you , but we know none of it compares to their own corruption and hypocrisy.

From this point onward, if the government refuses to care for you, for us, for the citizens of India, if it continues its atrocities instead of holding peaceful talks with transparent Minutes of Meeting shared publicly , then we, too, will question whether we should remain loyal to India or celebrate leaving it.
Dear Mother, India, Earth, Nature, we loved you deeply. But we are helpless against the corruption, hypocrisy, and power-hunger of world leaders.
Why our leaders are so insensitive to our unemployment/hunger/silence/sentiment/protest? Why they only react to violence against them?
What kind of leader are they, What should we do?

Either it will become benevolent, granting citizens the right to participate in decision-making, working with honesty, and ensuring transparency Or it will continue down the old path of dominance and feudal-style politics.

Please someone change Rahi’s makeup guy (or girl). Who patches up a cheek of a prime time programme actress on national tv with red colour in the name of make up? So many ladies in Anupama and not one lady has a cheeks like a circus clown that Rahi has. Come to think of it, Rahi’s entire get up is questionable., odd looking saris, weird make up…like seriously? Is it because this poor girl is not complaining, or someone is out to remove some khunas….
