Rahi assumes Manohar is too busy to answer her calls and distracts herself by cooking. Meanwhile, Tarun confronts Anupama, accusing her of stealing money, and even gold and silver, during Manohar’s absence. Anupama tries to explain and urges Tarun to accompany her to the hospital to inform the doctors about Manohar’s medical history. Instead, Tarun accuses her of hiding property papers. Desperate, Anupama pleads with him to focus on saving Manohar’s life. Tarun coldly declares that Manohar should die. Shocked, Anupama grabs the medicine and rushes to the hospital. Tarun attempts to stop her, but she silences him with a fierce glare, leaving him fuming.
Elsewhere, Rahi tells Prem that Manohar isn’t responding to her calls and expresses her desire to learn dance from him. Prem suggests she go to Mumbai for training, but Rahi refuses without giving a reason, leading to an argument between them.
At another home, Hasmuk searches for money. Kinjal, in tears, suspects Paritosh took it. Leela comforts her while Hasmuk reflects that it’s probably for the best that Anupama isn’t around.
At the hospital, Anupama hands over the medicine and tells the doctor that Manohar, though he has a son, is practically alone. She pleads with the doctor to save him, and the doctor promises to try.
Back at home, Bharti and Preet await Anupama’s return. Preet praises Anupama’s character, and Bharti agrees. Just then, Anupama walks in, followed by a police inspector who announces her arrest. Tarun has accused her of stealing or hiding Manohar’s property papers. Stunned, Anupama is defended by Bharti, Preet, and Savita, but the inspector begins to drag her out. As she’s being taken, Anupama recalls her painful past.
Elsewhere, Paritosh assures his friend he’ll arrange more money and hands over a partial amount. He’s puzzled about how the Kotharis discovered his activities. A LIC agent approaches him, saying Anupama’s policy has matured. Claiming to be her son, Paritosh brings the agent home.
Back at the house, Anupama insists she’s innocent, but Tarun demands punishment. The inspector then shows her a video that leaves Anupama in utter shock.
Precap: Bharti and Preet stand by Anupama, defending her against the allegations. Tarun lashes out, accusing them of being accomplices in her so-called crimes. Just then, the inspector receives a phone call that leaves him visibly shocked.

I have dark theory.. What if, Anupama is actually a mentally ill patient and the entire Anupama story or show is just her own made up imagination?
In real life, Anupama has been betrayed by everyone she cared about,her husband left her and eloped with another woman, her kids believed she was a burden to them as she was growing old and dependent, so they left her at an old age home.
The entire Anupama plot is actually Anupama herself reimagining how her life would have changed had she took some important decisions in her life, like what if she divorced her husband the moment she came to know about his affair? What if she had accepted her one sided lover Anuj’s proposal? How their marriage life would’ve shaped up?
Now you might want to think,if she is mentally ill then why she is not at a mental asylum? Well thats because her age and health is not ideal for harsh environment of a mental asylum, hence her doctor, Dr Devika requested the authority to allow her to treat Anupama inside the old age home, since her behaviour poses no threat to others, and yes this is the same Devika who Anupama imagines in her story as her friend and well wisher. Also, Her 2nd son Samar was never real, he was just her imagination, since she was mistreated by her children so much that she imagined Samar as a perfect obedient son who would love and care for her like she always wanted from her children but never got it.

Perhaps the ending of this TV drama is that the show Anupama needs to be cast for its shooting. In the process of understanding the background of the story, an old man (the maker) told the whole story. The actress who was about to act burst into tears after listening to the entire story (about a woman’s true and complete life)…
Then the old man announced that the name of the show had been decided to be “The Life of the Despised Anupama”（or “Memories of Anupama”）.
Enough of watching Anupama endless tormentations!! Just let the evils continue to triumph, Toshu gets all Anupama money, Mahi gets her Prem, Rahi gets kick out of the Kothari house n roam the street, Khyati continues to triumph over Parag n Vasandhara! End the serial with all the evil ones laughing their heart out!!! That will be a 👍👍👍👍👍 ending!
If we stop watching this nonsense, they will stop doling out this nonsense to us. We are actually dignifying this serial by discussing it. Pathetic
