While riding the metro, Anupama meets a young girl and asks about her mother. In return, the girl asks why Anupama looks so happy. Anupama shows her Rahi’s picture and smiles. At the station, she helps an elderly man who pleads with her to deliver his tiffins or risk losing his job. Compassionately, Anupama agrees.

Elsewhere, Hasmuk and Prarthana promote Yoga Day. Leela pressures Prarthana to participate, warning her family won’t tolerate her skipping it. Ansh reminds everyone that today is Prarthana’s first sonography. Prarthana is touched but saddened, believing no one will accompany her. Leela warns her not to take Ansh since the child isn’t his.

Meanwhile, Manohar waits for Anupama, who explains her delay was due to helping the old man. He appreciates her caring nature. Anupama continues

to long for Rahi’s forgiveness. Manohar begins teaching his students. Rahi unexpectedly crosses paths with Ansh and Prarthana. Ansh confronts her for not visiting or reaching out. Rahi claims she’s busy and can’t rely on house staff. When Ansh compares her to Anupama, Rahi feels insulted and snaps. Mahi observes the tense moment from afar.

Manohar later chats with his son and gently asks Anupama about her children. She avoids answering, instead silently praying for them. Meanwhile, Paritosh and his friends discuss Raja and a potential startup. Excited by the idea, Paritosh agrees to invest.

Manohar attempts to teach Anupama dance. She unintentionally performs, surprising him. But Anupama grows restless and refuses to continue.

In another part of the house, Parag urges Rahi to start working at the academy. Rahi worries about managing both home and work, but Parag motivates her. Vasundhara interrupts, warning Rahi she’ll end up like Anupama—blaming others. Rahi offers to help her, but Vasundhara coldly rejects her. Parag tells Rahi to go inside. Meanwhile, Pakhi asks Ishani to try some beauty products. Ishani questions if Pakhi stole them from the parlor, but Pakhi brushes it off and insists she use them.

Later, Anupama returns home to find Bharti and Mangesh fighting. Bharti refuses to go back to him. Mangesh pleads with Anupama to intervene. Remembering her own past with Vanraj, Anupama sides with Bharti. When Mangesh misbehaves, Anupama and Sarita confront him. Sarita firmly warns him to stay away or face consequences. Bharti thanks Anupama for her unwavering support.

Precap: Bharti confides in Anupama that Mangesh is making her life miserable and not allowing her any peace. Anupama urges her to stand up for herself and draws strength from her own experience with Vanraj’s betrayal. Bharti is stunned to hear about Anupama’s painful past.
