Prem holds the Kotharis responsible for Khyati’s condition and vows not to forgive anyone if she gets hurt. Vasundhara blames Anupama for taking responsibility for Khyati. Aryan mocks Khyati, hoping she dies, which enrages Prem. Rahi questions Vasundhara’s harshness. Prem, despite his anger toward Khyati, believes Parag is connected to her and seeks his help, but Parag refuses. Rahi and Anil offer support, while Aryan dismisses Khyati’s situation as drama and provokes Parag, who shuts him down. Gautam ridicules Aryan’s insensitivity.
Leela and Paritosh criticize Anupama for involving herself. Pakhi worries about Ishani. Hasmuk prays for peace. Prem informs that the police haven’t filed a report. Anupama blames herself, but Anil comforts her and joins the search. Parag grows anxious, fearing Khyati might harm herself. Prarthana urges him to forgive and bring her back. Anupama, Anil, Rahi, Prem, and Ansh search tirelessly. Rahi learns Khyati didn’t return to her brother. Anupama finds her bangle on the road.
Khyati, broken and hopeless, questions God and decides to end her life. Anupama fails to find her at the temple and pleads with God. Meanwhile, Pari confronts Ishani about the drug dealer. Ishani refuses to talk, but Pari senses deeper trouble and decides to tell Anupama. Raghav reflects on Rahi’s words. Jhanki notices his distress. Seeing Parag’s photo fuels his anger. Mahi visits Aryan at the Kothari mansion, facing Vasundhara’s interrogation. Aryan defends Mahi, who manipulates him further.
Rahi receives a call to identify a body. Anupama and Prem take Parag to the hospital. The body isn’t Khyati’s, leaving Parag shattered. Anupama stays determined to find her. She finally locates Khyati, who had attempted suicide. Khyati is rushed to the hospital. Prem expresses his gratitude. Khyati regains consciousness, hurt that no one from her family came to see her.
Precap: Anupama discovers that Ishani has gone missing. Meanwhile, Aryan’s friend behaves inappropriately with Rahi, prompting her to slap him. Anupama steps in and safeguards Ishani’s dignity.

If Aryan is angry with Kyathi then Prem should also angry with Aryan for trying to frame him of murder, it’s Kyathi fault not Prem, Aryan can blames Kyathi all he wants but he got no right to cause Prem his life! Why no one in Kotharis think about this??
