In the midst of a heavy downpour, Rahi tells Anupama that she wants to speak her heart before death claims them. She tearfully says she has questions Anupama must answer — questions about their bond. Anupama urges her to wait, saying it’s not the right time as the rain is intensifying. But Rahi refuses to stay silent. She accuses Anupama of always being busy with her biological children whenever she needed her, and painfully reminds her that she once sent her away with Maya.
Anupama calmly explains that Anu herself had wanted to stay with Maya, urging Rahi to focus on the love both Anuj and she have for her instead of harboring resentment. But Rahi, her heart breaking, says that no matter how much she loves Anupama like a mother, she always ends up getting hurt in return. Seeing her pain, Anupama
Meanwhile, at the Kothari house, Vasundhara reveals shocking truth to the family: Gautam’s father had disowned him after he refused to file a legal case against them. She adds that Gautam sold all his shares and now lives a destitute life. Parag sympathizes, calling him a talented writer, while Prem jokes that he should have been an actor instead. However, Anil expresses doubt about trusting him.
Gautam admits they are right not to trust him, declaring bitterly that they should even hate him because he wishes to free himself from his own guilt. When Prem questions why Gautam appeared at the same temple where they had gone to pray, Vasundhara defends him, claiming he has truly changed. Parag reminds everyone that Gautam’s own father abandoned him, urging caution. But Vasundhara insists Gautam deserves gratitude — after all, he never filed a case against their family.
When Ansh tries to speak up, Vasundhara silences him sharply, saying he should not interfere in family issues. She declares that Gautam will live with them, and if Ansh has a problem, he is free to leave. Before storming away, Vasundhara warns him to tell Anupama not to step into their matters again or she will burn down her house.
Back in the jungle, Anupama struggles to keep Rahi conscious. She motivates her to rise for Anuj and Prem — the two people who love her most — warning that the water level is rising fast. Just then, Devika, Preet, and Sarita begin searching nearby, worried about Anupama and Rahi’s safety. Determined, Devika insists they must sneak into Prakash’s house again to find clues, despite Sarita reminding them how dangerous it was the last time.
As Vasundhara later takes Gautam to his room, he expresses his gratitude for her compassion and stands emotionally torn. At the same time, Prarthana learns about Gautam’s return and decides she must go back to the Shah house. Khyati, terrified of losing Aryan again, refuses to let her leave, shocking everyone present. Tearfully, Prarthana pleads with Ansh to take her home, but Khyati begs him to stay back. Torn between the two women, Ansh ultimately decides to remain with the Kotharis.
Meanwhile, Anupama’s voice echoes through the rain as she forces herself to keep helping Rahi climb out of the pit, refusing to give up even as exhaustion threatens to consume them both.
Precap: Anupama urges Rahi to go and return later with help. Rahi, anxious for Anupama’s safety, prays to Lord Krishna to protect her. Suddenly, someone taps Rahi from behind. Meanwhile, Anupama says she wishes to reunite with Anuj, even if it happens after death.
