Prem lashes out at the Kotharis, blaming them for Khyati’s condition and vowing not to spare anyone if harm comes to her. Vasundhara points fingers at Anupama, who had taken responsibility for Khyati. Aryan harshly remarks that Khyati deserves her fate and even wishes her dead, angering Prem. Rahi questions Vasundhara’s insensitivity, while Prem, despite his past anger, senses Parag’s emotional connection to Khyati and asks for his help. Rahi also urges Parag to assist, but he refuses.

Anil, disheartened by Parag’s indifference, offers to help Prem and Rahi. Aryan dismisses Khyati’s situation as emotional drama and labels her an attention seeker. Parag warns Aryan to stay out of the matter, while Gautam mocks Aryan, suggesting Khyati’s “drama” is working. Leela criticizes Anupama for

taking responsibility for Khyati, and Paritosh blames her for the entire mess. Meanwhile, Pakhi worries about Ishani, and Hasmuk prays for things to get better. Prem reveals that the police haven’t filed a missing person report, and Anupama blames herself. Anil consoles her and pledges his support.

Parag begins to worry that Khyati might harm herself. Prarthana urges him to forgive Khyati and bring her back. While Anupama, Anil, Rahi, Prem, and Ansh search for Khyati, Rahi learns she hasn’t returned to her brother, and Anupama discovers Khyati’s bangle on the road. Khyati, heartbroken and questioning her faith, believes God has taken everything from her in exchange for Prem and decides to end her life. Anupama searches for her at the temple but finds nothing, pleading with God for a sign.

Elsewhere, Pari grows concerned for Ishani and pushes her to reveal the identity of a drug dealer. Ishani refuses and insists no one can help her, but Pari senses a deeper issue and decides to alert Anupama. Raghav is troubled by Rahi’s words, and Jhanki notices his restlessness. Seeing Parag’s photo triggers Raghav’s anger. Meanwhile, Mahi arrives at the Kothari mansion, raising Vasundhara’s suspicions, but Aryan defends her as Mahi manipulates him.

A distressing call from the hospital prompts Rahi to go identify a body. Anupama and Prem accompany Parag, who is devastated. Fortunately, the body is not Khyati’s. Anupama remains determined to find her before it’s too late. Eventually, Anupama locates Khyati, who has attempted suicide. She rushes her to the hospital, where Khyati regains consciousness. Though saved, she’s disheartened that no one from her family came to see her.

Precap: Anupama discovers that Ishani has gone missing. Meanwhile, Aryan’s friend misbehaves with Rahi, prompting her to slap him in response. Anupama steps in just in time to safeguard Ishani’s dignity.
