Anupama 17th May 2025 Written Episode, Written Update on TellyUpdates.com

Parag attempts to talk to Vasundhara, but she refuses to engage. Khyati offers to mediate, but Parag blames Anupama for the tension, claiming he only changed his stance for Aryan’s happiness. Aryan promises not to repeat past mistakes. When Parag asks Khyati to discuss wedding preparations with Vasundhara, she reveals Vasundhara is still upset.

Raghav questions Anupama about Mahi and Aryan, and she assures him everything is settled. Ketan tries flirting with Anupama, but Raghav intervenes, forcing him to leave. Later, they share a lighthearted moment. Meanwhile, Prem rejoices, believing Parag has accepted the marriage, while Rahi excitedly begins wedding preparations.

Anupama remarks on people’s unpredictability, and Raghav questions how she tolerates difficult personalities like Ketan. She admits she used to get angry but now feels secure with Raghav’s support. He vows to always stand by her. When Anupama assigns him kitchen duties due to wedding commitments, Raghav grows upset. She defends Parag, saying he was unaware of Vasundhara and Pankhuri’s schemes, but Raghav warns her about Vasundhara’s toxic nature. Anupama, ever trusting, refuses to believe ill of others.

Meeta and Anil argue over the wedding, while Vasundhara expresses doubts about Mahi’s intentions. She decides to control the wedding arrangements on her own terms.

Raghav feels Anupama is overextending herself for Aryan and blames Kavya for destroying Anupama’s family. Anupama counters that Vanraj was more at fault and that Kavya eventually changed. She refuses to let Mahi suffer for past mistakes, prioritizing her happiness. Meanwhile, Prarthana resolves to divorce Gautam before leaving for London, hiring a lawyer in secrecy.

Anupama speaks with Mahi, who admits she initially agreed to marry Aryan out of selfishness but grew to love him genuinely. She pleads for Anupama’s trust, prompting Anupama to fully support the wedding. The Shahs and Kotharis meet to finalize arrangements. Vasundhara demands a simple ceremony and is displeased to see Raghav present. She insists Anupama keep him away, but Anupama refuses, calling him family. Raja daydreams about marrying Ishani, shocking everyone.

Parag warns Ansh to stay out of Prarthana and Gautam’s matters, while Rahi urges Raghav to control his emotions. Anupama apologizes on behalf of the family. Khyati prepares for the wedding with Meeta’s help, wishing happiness for Aryan, Prem, and Prarthana. Meeta notes Prarthana’s unhappiness, and Khyati hopes she finds her voice. Prarthana, firm in her decision, moves forward with the divorce.

Paritosh discusses a kitchen contract, and Anupama thanks Raghav for his support. Leela instructs the Shahs to begin wedding preparations, setting the stage for further drama.

Precap: Anupama, accompanied by Kinjal and Paritosh, returns the money to Gautam. Vasundhara takes the opportunity to taunt Anupama for spending time with Raghav. Meanwhile, Raghav finds himself conflicted about his growing feelings for Anupama. Vasundhara, sensing a shift, warns Rahi that Raghav could end up replacing Anuj in Anupama’s life.

I mean they said they wanna expose Gautam n yet now Gautam is taking Prarthana away they just let him be? knowing the one to suffer is Prarthana?

Role Type Required Qualification Switching Options

Daily Cleaner (RSE-Clean) : Basic literacy , Must clear a 4-week skill test. Can switch to RSE-Appliance or RSE-Electrical after upskilling.

Electrical/Plumbing Tech Class 10 and practical test certified via PMKVY/ITI Can upskill into Smart Tech support or R&D division.

Appliance Specialist Class 10+/12 or equivalent experience with tools. Can cross-train into electrical or chemical innovation roles.

R&D & Smart Services Higher education optional. Must complete internal innovation training. Can rotate into client support, training mentor, or supervisor.

Every ResiEngineer, regardless of education, can grow horizontally and vertically across roles through in-house training, mentorship, and certification. This ensures no one remains stagnant in career or income.

Salary Structure and Equal Pay Policy
One of the unique features of ResiEngineers™ is that equal dignity and salary are guaranteed regardless of whether an engineer visits daily or quarterly.

A daily house cleaning RSE earns ₹40000–₹50,000/month.

A quarterly visiting tech RSE (appliance/electrical) earns the same salary range.

Promotion is based on feedback, innovation, and peer mentoring, not frequency of visit or degree held.

This ensures income parity and respect across all verticals of work.

    Pricing Structure for Clients
Clients are charged not for individual services, but for the complete home care solution under one fixed plan:

    Plan Includes Cost
Basic Urban Household Plan Daily cleaning, quarterly plumbing/electrical appliance checkups, carpentry, seasonal paint touch-up ₹8,000/month
Quarterly Payment Same services, paid once every 3 months ₹24,000/quarter
Yearly Subscription Discounted rate with priority service and bonus visits ₹90,000/year

Each cluster of homes is assigned a multi-skilled team, reducing transport and idle costs, thus keeping prices low and access wide.

    Profitability and Validation
    Assumption for Urban Area Pilot:
    Employees: 300.
    Clients: 1000 homes

    Monthly Income: ₹8,000 x 1000 = ₹80,00,000

RSE Salaries: ₹20,000 × 300 = ₹60,00,000/month (All junior employees receive equal base salary).
Salaries will grow based on contributions to R&D, training, and leadership roles.
While roles like daily cleaning require more frequent visits, and technical roles (e.g., electrical or carpentry) involve fewer visits, all entry-level ResiEngineers earn the same salary, ensuring equity and dignity across skill types.

    Logistics & Tech Cost: ₹10,00,000

Profit: ₹10,00,000/month (₹1.2 Crore annually from one urban zone)

    ✅ Profit Validation:
The model is profitable due to: Task clustering, Cross-trained workforce, Minimal idle time, Predictable subscription revenue.
Even after reinvestments in R&D, tools, and employee benefits, the company will generate sustainable profit from Year 1 and achieve rapid scalability by Year 2.

    Support from Government
ResiEngineers™ can receive multi-level government support:
Skill India / PMKVY – For certifying workers in plumbing, electrical, and eco-cleaning

Equal pay and respect for all workers, regardless of background or task type
Affordable and complete home care for all classes of society

This model obliterates the artificial wall between white-collar and blue-collar work.
ResiEngineers™ isn’t just a imaginary company. It’s a movement to redefine labor, innovate everyday life, and democratize dignity in work.
Hope one day this imagination will come true. Ameen.
