The Episode starts with Anupama apologizing to Kavya. Kavya says its fine, I didn’t feel bad, I m getting late for office. Anupama asks Vanraj to say sorry too. He doesn’t listen. Pakhi comes and tells them about the special talent fair. She says everyone’s mum is putting a special stall, what’s mum’s talent. Anupama says I can just cook food. Pakhi says you don’t know international cuisine, its so much embarrassment, you don’t know anything. Anupama gets sad and goes. Vanraj asks Pakhi to take Anupama with her. Pakhi says you also don’t take her to parties, its embarrassing. He says you can’t change your mum. She sees Kavya and asks can you become my mum. Kavya asks what. Samar and Bapu ji asks Anupama to put a cooking stall. Pakhi asks Vanraj to tell Kavya, she can make her win. She requests
Vanraj smiles. Pakhi says it will be fun. Anupama says if Sweety wins, then she will be happy, then her dad’s anger will go. Samar and Bapu ji dance. Samar hugs Anupama. Anupama thinks a mother doesn’t get scared or stop. Bapu ji and Samar tell the plan to hide the food. Anupama asks how will we hide the food’s smell. Bapu ji says you would know some way. Samar asks how would mummy take part in fun fair. Pakhi says my mum isn’t fine, Kavya will take part. Principal says your Bua can’t take part. Kavya says I m not her Bua. Principal asks then? Vanraj says she is Pakhi’s Mausi. Principal says even then she can’t put the stall instead her mum. Vanraj says fine, if you don’t want any prestige for your school, then fine, she can give career counselling to your students for free, maybe I can arrange sponsors for you.
Principal says thanks, we don’t need the sponsors, career counselling stall idea is free for the students who can’t afford it, I can permit her. He says fine, I don’t care if you reject the sponsorship offer. Principal wishes them all the best. Anupama talks to herself. Baa asks what are you talking. Anupama says nothing. Baa thinks. Samar takes Anupama with him. Bapu ji says you can cook food on the terrace, then the good smell will fly away. She sees the stove. Samar and Bapu ji ask her to win the fun fair. Samar says this is your kitchen, now no one will know anything. Baa goes to see.
She hears Bapu ji asking Anupama to massage Baa’s legs with hot oil. Baa says they are worrying for me, they aren’t so useless. Samar says Baa left, the best actor award goes to Bapu ji. Bapu ji asks Anupama to burn the wood along with her fears, she has to make Pakhi win and herself also. Samar says I can’t come with you now, go to the school and fill the form. Bapu ji says Leela is alert. He gets an idea. Baa gets busy on call. Bapu ji comes and asks her to go to satsang. He praises her and sends her. She asks him not to do anything behind her back. Anupama says its wrong to lie to her. He says I have lied and I will get the sin. Vanraj sits to have food. He likes it a lot. Kavya comes. She sees him enjoying the food. She says we were going out for lunch. Vanraj says so sorry, homemade food is such that I forget everything, come, join me. She asks why did you make the restaurant booking. He leaves the food. She says I was joking. He says I know it was not a joke, don’t be insecure, I just like the food made by Anupama, but I like everything made by you. She asks him to say what she wants to hear always. He says I love you. She says I love you too, tell me, what shall I do to convince you. He says make my Pakhi win, please, I know you can do this, I want her to win the trophy and I clap the loudest, Anupama can’t even go to the school, will you please do it for me. She nods.
Anupama comes to the school and asks the watchman about the principal’s office. She says I have come for the first time. She goes in. She greets the principal and says I m Pakhi’s mother, Anupama Shah. Principal asks her to sit. Anupama says I want to put food stall in the fun fair. Principal says english is just a language, it doesn’t show someone’s smartness, you can talk in hindi. Anupama says thanks, its an english medium school, so I said that, thanks, you are really nice. Principal asks how are you now. Anupama says I m fine, I want to surprise Pakhi by putting a gujarati food stall, the food will be healthy, like thepla pizza. She shows the tiffin and asks her to have it. The principal eats it and likes the taste. She says its great. Anupama says you are Guru, feeding you is like keeping bhog for Saraswati, I m not educated or hi-fi like other mothers, I just know cooking, will this work.
Principal says yes, but you have to leave this tiffin here. Anupama says I will bring more, a housewife doesn’t leave the tiffin anywhere, this tiffin is of my Saas, Leela Shah. Principal gives the stall number to her. She asks her to be there at 9am. Anupama thinks of her household work. She thinks to take help from Samar and Bapu ji. Principal says all the best. Anupama goes. Principal says Pakhi lied, teenagers do that, why is Vanraj giving his wife’s place to someone else. The assistant says Pakhi’s mum said she wants to give a surprise to her, Pakhi doesn’t know it. Anupama and Vanraj imagine Pakhi winning the trophy. Anupama touches the trophy and says I will try my best.
