Anuj asks about Little Anu. Anupama says she is remembering him a lot, he should get well soon and meet her. She shows Little Anu’s given bracelet for him. He says he wants to go home. She says he will after a few days. Barkha thinks their romance never ends. Anuj’s condition suddenly deteriorates again. Doctor sends Anupama out and tries to handle him. Barkha thinks thank god Anuj got unconscious again, she got some time to think. Kavya thanks god that Anuj didn’t say anything and hopes Vanraj wouldn’t have done anything.

Kinjal notices Little Anu drawing a family sketch and asks if she made it for papa. Little Anu says yes, papa wanted to take them to Fairyland, they will go to Goa once papa gets well. Samar informs Kavya that there is still no news about Anuj’s health yet. Barkha tells Adhik that fate is not on their side. Ankush says Anuj is injured, but they have lost their mind. Barkha says its better that Anuj stays in hospital instead of them getting out of the house, they need time to take over Kapadia empire. Ankush say she is day dreaming as Anuj transferred everything in Anupama’s name. Barkha says Anupama cannot handle Kapadia empire in this condition and would be busy taking care of Anuj, so they got a chance to takeover Kapadia empire. Anupama looks at them. Ankush says Anupama realized that they are conspiring and not praying for Anuj.

Doctor comes out and informs that Anuj’s condition deteriorated more and he fears he may slip into coma and may take months or even years to get out of it. Shahs are shocked to hear that. Anupama stumbles. Samar holds her. Barkha tells Adhik and Ankush that she is feeling bad for Anuj and not herself, asks about Vanraj. Adhik says his condition is better than before. Barkha says Vanraj has quite a selective memory. Anupama sits beside Anuj while Kavya takes care of Vanraj. She recalls accident incident. O Palan Haare Nirgun O Nyaare.. song plays in the background. GK tries to wake up Anuj in vain and walks out emotionally. Anupama asks Vanraj what really happened that day. Vanraj says he just remembers taking Anuj at the cliff end and arguing with them, but doesn’t remember what happened next.

Anupama continues to take care of Anuj. She gets a company call to sign on a business file and says she will read the proposal first and then sign it if she feels right. Vanraj starts walking with a walker. Aftger 13 days, Anuj’s condition is still stame while Vanraj starts walking with a walker. He stops at Anuj’s ICU room. Kavya says looks like time has stopped in this room. Vanraj says patient’s family suffers a lot. Anupama looks at him. Kavya thinks V repeatedly says he doesn’t remember anything and Anupama is eagerly waiting for truth to come out, but she sees guilty in V’s eyes and complaint in Anupama’s eyes. Anupama walks to them. Vanraj says Anuj will be fine. He apologizes for whatever happened.

Anupama says her husband is fighting for life, she is begging god for her husband’s life, their little daughter is living without her parents, will his sorry set everything right. She says he is responsible for Anuj’s accident and Anuj going into coma; he thinks everything will be alright just because Vanraj Shah ijjj/is sori. She warns to slap him. He shouts. She cries that he ruined her life for years and when she stood back, he ruined her life again. She asks why did he take Anuj to a cliff. Vanraj says he was angry that Anuj ruined his life and wanted to send Anuj far away from Shah family; he wanted to end both families’ fight and they live peacefully far away from each other. Anupama asks why did he take Anuj to a cliff to discuss that. Vanraj says she is doubting him like everyone does and says he threatened to kill Anuj, but didn’t push Anuj from the cliff.

Anuj asks how did Anuj fell from he cliff then. Vanraj says he doesn’t remember anything and doesn’t know if Anuj slipped or he pushed Anuj down. Anupama says whatever happened is because of him and she hates him. Vanraj fails to remember the incident. Anupama asks him to remember it and meet her whenever he does that. Barkha hears their conversation. Anupama returns to Anuj and sits beside him crying.

Precap: Vanraj returns home. Little Anu asks him about Anuj. Vanraj fears if he had really pushed Anuj down the cliff. Anuj opens eyes.
