Hasmuk accuses Mahi of lying to Anupama and pressuring her, questioning why Anupama supports her. He demands that Mahi stop troubling Anupama, arguing that since she married Aryan despite family disputes, she should handle her battles alone. He orders Mahi and Aryan to leave for the Kothari house. Paritosh, Pakhi, and Ishani also insist Mahi go, but she refuses, declaring she won’t leave without Anupama. Mahi claims Anupama fights for others but not herself and asserts her right to stay at the Shah house. Pakhi reminds her that Kavya abandoned her and the Shahs raised her, while Paritosh says their home isn’t a shelter. Mahi insists Anupama must take a stand, even if the Shahs won’t support her.

When Anupama, Mahi, and Aryan arrive at the Kothari house, the family is shocked by their marriage. Rahi questions Anupama’s involvement, and Anupama explains Mahi threatened her. Hasmuk and Leela worry that Anupama is being manipulated and fear the Kotharis won’t believe her.

Parag rejects the marriage and orders Aryan to his room, but Aryan refuses to leave Mahi. Vasundhara blames Anupama for hiding the truth, while Aryan vows to stay with Mahi. Vasundhara accuses Anupama of influencing Aryan, and Parag warns against emotional blackmail. Khyati supports the couple.

At the Shah house, Pakhi frets over Ishani, and Kinjal advises her to stop pressuring Ishani into marrying Raja. Meanwhile, Khyati declares she can’t live without Aryan, and Parag tells her she’s free to leave with him.

Vasundhara questions Mahi’s background, and Parag gives Aryan an ultimatum—leave Mahi or go with her. Aryan refuses to abandon her. Khyati blames Anupama for “losing” Aryan again. Anupama intervenes, defending Mahi and Aryan’s marriage and urging the Kotharis to reconsider. She suggests temporarily separating them until a decision is made, which Aryan accepts. Khyati pleads with Parag to accept them.

Later, Anupama informs the Shahs that Parag has agreed to the marriage, though they remain skeptical. She reassures them the Kotharis won’t backtrack. Mahi apologizes, and Anupama warns her not to betray Aryan or disrupt Prem and Rahi’s marriage.

Meanwhile, Raghav begins to fear that his feelings for Anupama may be growing into something more than friendship.
