The Episode starts with Anupama bringing medicine for Anuj, and sees Anuj decorating Aadhya’s sketch with paper flowers, stars etc, and they circle the sketch with the LED lights, and smiles. Aadhya comes to her room and is sad. Meenu thinks she shall weave the cloth to get over her restlessness. She tells that she is feeling lonely. Vanraj comes there and asks why you are restless. He says he got those guys rusticated, but took back the Police complaints as their parents were pleading. Meenu says this is enough, those guys are spoilt, but not criminal. She says this much lesson is enough for them. Vanraj asks what happened, and asks her to say what has happened. He says I am worried and that’s why asking and that’s why some what strict. Meenu rests her head on his lap and says I myself don’t know about my restlessness so what to tell you, and says may be I am unwell or stressed out about what had happened yesterday.

Pakhi and Toshu look at them. Pakhi says if we are really Papa’s real children. Toshu says it seems he has picked us from the garbage. She is upset that thye fooled her and went. Toshu says you can’t do any work properly. Sagar writes something and throws it on the floor. Anupama comes there talking on the phone and tells Devika that Aadhya is here, and she will ask Yashdeep not to search her there in America. Sagar thinks she might pick the paper, and comes to her. She picks the paper and signs him to keep the vase. Bala comes there and takes Paper from Anupama. Anupama goes. Bala asks Sagar to apologize to Meenu and gives his phone.

Meenu tells Vanraj that she stayed with Mami and him, and don’t know what went wrong that he hates Mami so much. Vanraj asks her not to think all that and become a good doctor and make him proud. He says my kids made me feel ashamed, but you shall not do that, and shall not give pain and don’t defeat him. Meenu nods her head. Sagar calls Meenu from Bala’s phone. Meenu says nobody has my number. Vanraj says Spam people have everyone’s numbers. Meenu picks the call, but she couldn’t hear him. Vanraj goes and comes back, to tell that Pakhi said that you had gone somewhere leaving her in the car, and says I hope you didn’t go to Asha bhavan.

Anupama is going from somewhere, when she hears the people seeing a lady in the garbage, and saying if she is dead or alive. Anupama asks did anyone check her? People says the place is stinky. Anupama tries to wake her up and moves cloth from her face. She is shocked to see Indra. She gets shocked and checks her pulse. She calls Indra and scolds people for making videos rather than helping them. She takes water from someone and sprinkles on her face. Indra gains consciousness. Anupama recalls Indra telling that she likes her hair. The lady identifies her. Anupama asks them to stop making videos. Indra behaves strangely. Anupama hugs her.

Bala tells Babu ji that he is making mirror for Indra, and tells that when she will come, or call. Anupama asks the people to stop making the video and scolds them. She asks Indra to come to their Asha Bhavan. Indra says old people shall be thrown at such places. Anupama says elders are a blessings, and asks her to come to her house.

Sagar gives tea to Bala and Babu ji. Babu ji asks what happened to you. Sagar says he is unwell. Babu ji says Bala has told me. Meenu comes out and sees Sagar. She sees Babu ji and gets happy. She stops thinking about Vanraj’s words. Babu ji says its ok. Vanraj asks her to go and meet him. Meenu goes to babu ji and hugs him. Babu ji says I don’t stay there, but your arrogant Baa is there. Meenu says arrogant people are there on both sides. She says she will come and meet him. She goes inside.

Babu ji tells Bala that Meenu used to play doctor patient with Anupama, and tells that Leela might chose rich guy for her, but I want a honest and good man. Bala says right.

Anupama asks people to help her, but nobody wants to help. She scolds them and bashes them with her words for not helping her and calls them shameless. She says it is a disease to make videos, and asks if your family was here then would you make the video. She asks them to go, and calls them shameless.

Ansh’s teacher calls Dimpy and Titu to her house, and complains to them about Ansh’s misbehavior. She says I have done so many messages to you, but you doesn’t come and only Sir comes. She says we shall do something before Principal rusticates him. Dimpy says you are right and says I will ask Papa to get the kids admitted in a good school, rather than your useless school. Teacher asks what? Titu asks what she is saying? Dimpy says you don’t know such people’s smartness and says they don’t know how to handle kids or teach them, but just complains. She says she called us to her house, thinking we are rich and will give her money to not complain about him or will get him admitted in her tution. Teacher says she called them here to discuss, and not for any greed. She says Ansh is like this because of his mother. Dimpy asks her to do whatever she wants and goes. Titu apologizes to teacher and goes.

Anupama stops the auto driver, but he refuses to let Indra sit in his auto. She gets a cart from its owner and with his help, she keeps Indra on it and starts pulling the cart.

Precap: Indra tells Anupama that when she refused to sign, her son took her thumb impression by force, and her bahu had beaten her up with sandal. Anupama says if injustice have happened then now justice will happen. She goes to Indra’s son house and slaps him. She says you should have slapped by your mother, but she loves you a lot even now and couldn’t slap you, and that’s why this mother slapped you. His wife asks how dare you to slap my husband? Anupama shouts asking her to be quiet.
