Ishani secretly hides a cigarette packet in the kitchen, only to be spotted by Raghav. Meanwhile, Hasmuk gives Anupama medicine for her headache as she worries about Khyati. Leela comments on the heartbreak of being abandoned by a spouse, to which Anupama responds that no woman should endure such pain.
When Ishani returns home, she refuses to speak with Anupama or Pakhi, who questions her silence and mentions Raja’s calls. Ishani pushes them away, demanding space. Anupama tries to talk, but Ishani remains closed off. Leela insists that Raghav should be sent away, pushing Anupama to confront him despite her hesitation. Raghav later tells Anupama about the cigarette pack Ishani hid, heightening her concern.
Elsewhere, Rahi and Prem bond while feeding Parag. Prem expresses guilt over neglecting Parag and slapping Aryan, admitting he now sees Aryan’s care for the family. Rahi supports him as they share a heartfelt moment. Anupama confronts Ishani about the tobacco, warning her of its dangers. Ishani, defensive and angry, lashes out, especially at Pakhi, accusing her of selfish motives. She reveals she uses tobacco to cope with trauma and storms out. Hasmuk blames Pakhi, while Anupama vows to handle Ishani with patience and love.
Pakhi is overwhelmed with guilt, feeling she’s failed as a daughter, wife, and mother. Anupama encourages the children to support Ishani and promises to uncover who is supplying her with tobacco.
In another corner of the family drama, Aryan answers Rahi’s call and acts suspiciously when he sees the Kotharis’ name. Rahi is confused, and Prem warns Aryan to stay calm. Aryan blames Khyati for his troubled past. Prarthana urges him to give Khyati a chance to offer the love he’s missed, while Gautam remains wary of Aryan’s intentions. Raghav advises Anupama to help Ishani before things spiral further, prompting her to strengthen her resolve.
Precap: Anupama encourages Khyati to dance and express her emotions through movement. As Khyati dances, she begins to break down. Later, both Anupama and Khyati see Aryan and Mahi together.
