Anupama feels shy when she is asked to apply haldi to Anuj first. Malvika, Devika, Pakhi, and Dolly say Anupama has a first right on Anuj. Kanta gives her permission followed by Hasmukh. Vanraj and Leela sit frowning while everyone enjoy. Anupama agrees. Samar stops her and asks her to apply it properly after music. Anupama dances with Anuj on Bindiya Chamke Choodi Khanke.. song.. All the youngsters join them and dance round them. After the dance performance, Anupama applies haldi to Anuj. Kavya feels impressed with their love story. Anupama tries to touch Anuj’s feet. Anuj stops her and says even he will do the same when he applies haldi on her as they should equally respect each other. She shyingly agrees and applies handli on his feet. Everyone applies haldi to him next. Anuj takes haldi bowl to Hasmukh next and takes his blessings followed by GK and Kanta.
Anuj says it’s his Anu’s turn now. Devika says why would he lose a chance. Malvika jokes that Anuj just needs a chance to go near Anupama. Leela yells if she is not ashamed to speak like that in front of elders. Malvika jokes that she doesn’t feel like elder at all. Leela jokes back that she sometimes speaks right. Anuj then recites shayari for Anupama praising her. Everyone smile hearing that while Vanraj and Leela frown. Samar, Toshu, and Pakhi then bring a gift covered in a thali for Anupama. Hasmukh says a woman is called Annapurna and praises Anupama’s cooking skillls. Children join him and say they are habituated to have mummy’s cooked food. Anuj says the masals make Anu/Annapura special and unveils the thali of masalas. Anupama recalls Vanraj humiliating her saying she smells masalas. Anuj says all the masalas will be involved in Annapura’s haldi ritual and salutes her with folded hands followed by everyone present there. Anupama gets teary eyed with this gesture.
Anuj signals her to smile and recites a shayari again describing the value of haldi ritual. He then applies haldi on her cheeks, hands, and feet and then all the spices describing their qualities and value in her life. He then says usually women are found in the kitchen, they should celebrate their sacrifice and respect their feeling whenever the women don’t want to cook for a day. He continues expressing the importance of once a week leave to the women and promises Anupama that he will cook for her 3 days a week. She feels elated hearing that.
Precap: Anupama praises Anuj that she did some good deeds in her past life that she got a life partner like him. Eunuchs bless Anupama and join her celebration. Kanta taunts Vanraj and Leela that unknown people participated in Anupama’s celebration, but a few didn’t even respect a 27-year-old relationship.

Ravanraj and Leela deserve this only. They lost and had to be present also in their enemies happiness. Also they can’t do anything because they have been Emotionally Blackmailed in name of Bapuji🤣. Kanta doesn’t miss any chance to taunt them but Leela can’t fight back because Bapuji. 🤣

Beautiful episode but the written update did not do it fair . The details of what Anuj said with each masala was very nice , I wish it was translated . The episode brought tears to may eyes💞
And after a long time got to see my favourite bond Anu-Samar scene in last part of Bindiya Chamke song sequence. Koi Mane ya na mane but Day 1 se even prequel mein bhi best bond Anu-Samar ka tha Anu-Samar ka hai aur Anu-Samar ka hi rahega. Hoping to see more scenes of mother-son duo like earlier. BTW I think Star Plus should send a notice to YRKKH because for it’s extra showoff wali Abhira ki shadi channel spent 2 crores on YRKKH only still trp is only 2.2. And spending 2 crores on single show for just 9-10 days still not having any profit only 2.2 trp means huge loss. Hope so blind nibbi fans of Abhira and channel also understand that audience likes simple and no show-off marriage. Abhira nibbi fans use most vulgar language for every other whow and cast members but the truth is Abhira is one of the worst couples of ITV an obsessive couple specially Abhimanyu is completely obsessed and toxic male lead portrayed as true lover. And anyone heard that Aneri Vajani aka Mukku is participating in Khatron Ke Khiladi. I expected that a male actor will be casted opposite to her and she’ll get married. But right now her character is bidding adieu for 2-3 months. And anyone heard about Ashlesha Sawant and Alma Hussein being casted in the show. Every news articles claims Alma who debuted last year with Dhadkan Zindagi Ki is casted opposite Paras Kalnawat as an NRI girl Priya. While I expect that Ashlesha will be Anuj’s cousin sister or cousin Bhabhi. As I saw her in good positive roles in one of my favorite shows of all time Porus and Pyaar Ka Dard Hai. And Alma is a Kid of 18 so even I expect her to be opposite Paras. What you all think guys.

Mr.Amar Alma Hussein already started shooting on yesterday night. She showed board of the iconic “3×Thu Thu Thu” board of DKP sets. And Ashish and Jassi’s look cane out. It’s peech colored theme. And thank god they made boys wear pagdi. Pagdi is pride and culture. Agar ghar ki shadi mein pagdi na pehni to kab pehni. Was waiting to see Anupama men as real Indian men wearing Pagdis after Janmashtamani track.

For the series Anupama, she has equal legal rights on Shah house as gifted by Bapuji, Kavya had gulped and returned the property shares.
For you it might be Vanraj’s house, but for me it’s Anupama’s house, Vanraj was disowned due to his misdeeds, but family allowed his back without breaking his poison tooth, he is actually staying as a shameless, un apologistic, ungrateful entity.

Apart from handling the toxic people who don’t understand what is family, there is another apparent problem which need to be addressed. It’s our elders.
We as kids obeyed to perents, followed them wherever they went, now when the children want to drive, they must allow and support, most elder men can’t listen, and most elder women can tolerate modification to rituals.
Showing Bapuji as understanding and Kanta Mom as progressive is tremendous. If our elders can inherit a bit of it life will be easy for all.
Folded hands for Annadatri Annapurna is soul soothing, My granny used to say as dil is the new queen and family members are her citizens, as per tradition it’s expected that the queen will take care of it’s people in return of their unconditional support.
Not sure what happened to that tradition, Lakhmi’ mil thinks she is the naukrani in Bhagyalakshmi, looks like she has studied traditions as per her convenience.
