Anupama 13th August 2025 Written Episode, Written Update on TellyUpdates.com
Leela talks about Rakshabandhan and asks Sarita if they don’t celebrate it, prompting Sarita to mention Bhai Dooj. Kinjal questions Sarita for working, but Leela insists the “dance ranis” keep going. Spotting Anupama, Leela jokingly accuses her of stopping them from working. Anupama tells Sarita that despite accusations, she chooses to stay, while Sarita advises her to ignore such issues as they happen in every home. Leela pointedly asks if Bhavesh will attend with his new wife and whether Anupama is still in touch with him, leaving her shocked.
Meanwhile, Ansh cares for Prarthana, earning Prem’s gratitude. Prarthana expresses her love for Ansh but regrets she cannot visit the Kotharis during festivals. Jokingly, Prem says he’s spared from gifting her, but she instead requests the presence of Vasundhara, Khyati, and Parag at her wedding, considering it her greatest blessing. Prem agrees. Ansh urges Rahi to forgive Anupama for past events with Aryan, but Rahi refuses. Prarthana asks Prem to talk to Rahi and bring her to the wedding, while Prem tells her to take care of herself.
Rahi grows angry seeing Anupama dance with her team, and Gautam informs Khyati and Vasundhara that Rahi and Anupama danced at Ansh’s engagement. Khyati berates Rahi for supporting Anupama, while Vasundhara suspects deception. Rahi stays silent but later assures Vasundhara and Khyati she hates Anupama. Prem, however, urges them to stop the hostility, frustrated by the ongoing drama.
Anupama, missing Bhavesh, resolves to apologize for missing his wedding and plans to meet him. Finding Rahi’s bracelet, she hopes her anger will fade. The Shahs celebrate Rakshabandhan, and the return of Bailu brings joy to Leela and Anupama.
Precap: The dance ranis choose to tie Rakhi to Anupama, sparking anger in Rahi and Pakhi. When Anupama visits Bhavesh’s house, she discovers that his new wife is upset with him, leaving both Anupama and Bhavesh stunned.

This prathana is also another Anupama. Wanting everyone as the family. Idiots all these ppl are.
And why this new drama with Bhavesh and his “new wife”.
Exactly! Prarthana is ridiculous it was so difficult to finally got approval for her wedding, yet now she wants the Kotharis to attend? Why don’t she just go herself to ask them to attend?? And this Rahi is absurb to the extreme Anupama don’t deserved this hatred especially Rahi, she hates Anupama just bcoz the Kotharis hate her, but she is the only one who is the least has reason or is worthy to hate Anupama. Writer please get rid of Rahi she getting disgusting by the day, PLEASE DON’T SHOW THE VIEWERS SUCH A BRAT EXISTS!!! IT’S FOR NO VALID REASON SHE HATED ANUPAMA THAT MUCH!! NONSENSICAL N ILLOGICAL!!! SUCH TWISTED LOGIC!!!
Prartana is like give her an inch she’ll take a mile. Too much, she herself is timid like a mouse yet making thing difficult for Prem!!
Agreed. Begging her parents to attend when they did not protect her against physical abuse from Gautum. She has never explicitly told them of his abuse. Too timid and self effacing.
Mr. Trump’s strategies are bold and meant to shift power from pharmaceutical incumbents toward consumers—but whether it successfully overcomes lobbying, legal challenges, and unintended fallout remains uncertain.
Regarding tariffs, while the romantic notion of equal duty as a unifying principle is appealing, actual usage in policy tends to produce economic friction rather than harmony.
It can help America if other countries quickly agree to lower their tariffs.
But if they retaliate instead, ordinary Americans may end up paying more for goods — especially essentials like medicine.

Overall, free trade offers the strongest foundation for global citizenship, by enabling shared prosperity and interdependence. Reciprocal tariffs, while politically appealing in some contexts, often undermine that openness.

🇰🇷 South Korea’s Industrial Policy: A Case of Infant Industry Protection
📈 The “Miracle on the Han River”
Post-Korean War, South Korea was among the world’s poorest nations. However, by the 1980s, it had transformed into a global economic powerhouse. This rapid development is often termed the “Miracle on the Han River” .
🛡️ Strategy: Tariffs and Targeted Protection
In the 1960s and 1970s, South Korea implemented policies to protect nascent industries:
High Tariffs: Imposed on imported goods to shield local industries from foreign competition.
Subsidies and Credit Support: Provided financial assistance to emerging sectors.
Technology Transfer: Encouraged foreign partnerships to acquire advanced technologies .
🏭 Focus Areas: Heavy and Chemical Industries
The government identified key sectors for development:
Steel: Essential for infrastructure and industrial growth.
Shipbuilding: Leveraged South Korea’s coastal advantages.
Electronics: Positioned as a future global industry .
📊 Outcomes: Growth and Challenges
Positive Growth: Targeted industries saw significant growth and increased productivity.
Challenges: Some sectors faced inefficiencies and resource misallocation due to overprotection .
🔄 Free Trade vs. Infant Industry Protection
Aspect Free Trade Infant Industry Protection
Market Entry Open to all Restricted to nurture local industries
Government Role Minimal intervention Active involvement through policies and support
Risk of Inefficiency Lower risk Higher risk if protection is prolonged
Global Competitiveness Encourages innovation through competition Builds capacity to compete over time
🌐 Global Citizenship and Trade Policies
While free trade promotes global interconnectedness, selective protection can be justified to:
Develop Local Industries: Allowing emerging sectors to mature before facing global competition.
Preserve Cultural Identity: Protecting industries that are integral to national heritage.
Ensure Economic Stability: Preventing sudden shocks from global market fluctuations.
However, it’s crucial to balance protection with openness to avoid long-term inefficiencies.
🧭 Conclusion
South Korea’s experience illustrates that while free trade fosters global integration, strategic protection of infant industries can be vital for national development/cultural/personal interest.
The key lies in implementing such policies judiciously, ensuring they serve long-term economic goals without stifling innovation or global cooperation.

Dear Mr. Trump, the feeling that Americans are exploited is understandable.
But the problem is not simply high tariffs, it’s the neglect of the working class.
From Rome’s plebeians to the French Revolution, to India’s Nai Dhobi movement, history shows that social movements succeed when the people hold power accountable.
Today, the gap between people and power is wider than during the French Revolution, and workers’ conditions are worse than during the Russian Revolution.
Democracy has often been a façade, disguising imperial ambitions as popular governance.
Democracy can be a façade if it doesn’t genuinely serve the people.
—————-
Dear citizens: Power will never protect you unless you demand accountability.
Rights and protections are active responsibilities, not automatic privileges.
Psychology observes similar behavior: an individual may double their efforts to please in order to gain acceptance from an organization or family members, while strongly wishing to dissociate from their past and wishing failure upon their former group.
Dear Mr. Trump,
Good luck for your meeting with the Respected Mr. Putin. Please seal all international borders:
Israel into Gaza, Pakistan into India (Jammu & Kashmir, Siachen), China into India (Aksai Chin, Arunachal Pradesh, Ladakh), Armenia-Azerbaijan (Nagorno-Karabakh), Turkey into Syria/Iraq, Myanmar against Rohingya regions and Russia into Ukraine,
————–
Respect all boundaries.
Dad told me the story of Catherine the Great.
I hoped Russia would remain united and dreamed that India would stay whole.
I also hope Baluchistan remains part of Pakistan and that human rights are fully protected.
Many of these conflicts seem driven by majoritarian favoritism and ulterior motives of a few individuals seeking power.
I hope: Internal peace treaties are signed.
Free trade and collaboration are announced.
The common people, who suffer most in wars and trade disputes, receive clear updates on discussions and negotiations instead of backdoor conspiracies.
Mr. Elon Musk’s portal should leverage AI, real-time data, voting, reviews, approvals, legal safeguards, brainstorming, and citizen suggestions to actively participate in policy-making and nominate suitable election candidates.
—————
Real democracy and real communism remain distant dreams; imperial forces are still active.
1947, Partition Plan for Palestine/Pakistan , can we hope to also resolve the Russia-Ukraine dispute on August 15?
Let us respect each other’s boundaries and move beyond medieval conflicts toward global citizenship via mutual respect.
Hope for a new international treaty is agreed upon to respect borders/human rights otherwise, consequences must follow.
Mr. Trump, I will lock my vote for your Nobel Peace Prize on the day you meet Mr. Putin, depending on the honest minutes of the meeting and whether it pushes us toward global citizenship or tribal conflicts.
You are taking many bold moves, and I wish from the core of my heart that you succeed.
I hope you can use Mr. Musk’s technological power and Mr. Mumdani’s aura to connect with people.
But if you cannot truly empower those who want to serve and instead deploy national force to create trouble for ordinary citizens through power plays, then what peace, and what prize, can there be?
Implementing true democracy is difficult; it requires the powerful to serve from the heart.
We will not blame you if you fail, but that will not stop us from demolishing class divides, a process that began with the French Revolution.
Finished another drama love better than immortality, Addiction is taking a toll, An urge to finish watching 40hrs of drama within 24hrs, I barely did anything else. Eyes are paining, May be myopia increased.
Now I understand what screen addiction can be.

Chun Hua, chooses to give up virtual immortality to experience true love.
In a unique program, she enters a different world and gets entangled in a love triangle with two very different men: the arrogant and aggressive Qiu Yue and the kind and gentle Xiao Bai.
Her dilemma is my dilemma! May be got answer to one lingering question, May be….
It was an eternal question Evil/selfish is good or Good is evil?
Is it good to sacrifice for a greater cause like lord Rama did or Its our right to protect self first?
Indian drama mostly favor that good guy who sacrifice for greater good.
But Chinese dramas demanded to protect self interest while catering to greater interests. It hated unnecessary sacrifices.
These dramas could very well draw the boundary between toxic empathy/narcissism.
We must maintain the boundary/respect the border/maintain the balance/ati sarbatra garhitam.
Not everything is black and white there are lot of grey.
As a sigma, I know when to engage and when to remain aloof, not everything deserves attention/energy.
Just like It’s wiser to stay away from the petty clashes of our politicians.
Corruption still appears most rampant among Congress MPs, MLAs/bureaucrats. They also create caste (not class) divides.
We’ve seen little real progress in areas like the environment, education, health, employment, and the unorganized sector.
Dear politicians, you need not brawl in public and destroy our property. Instead focus on reformative actions, deliver visible results, and the people will gladly entrust you with power.

It is disgraceful for any government to resort to lathi charges on peaceful protests by teachers/citizens.
We need lawyers who will raise our voices, protect our rights, and take necessary legal action against misuse of power.
Can we organize a network of lawyers and create large law firms that work for public interest, perhaps sustained through a subscription-based model?

Comment: It never ceases to boggle the mind. People originally came here to escape oppression and poverty, and then, they turned around and did the same to others.
Every humiliation Rahi got from Khayati and Moti baa was so satisfying.
Every word Prem said was absolutely true
Prarthana says that the presence of Vasandhara n Khyati is blessings to her else the wedding is incomplete, but don’t forget didn’t Vasandhara n Khyati blessed her wedding with Gautam, and see how the marriage turned out?? Besides why seek blessings from them when they never cared for the wellbeing of her? Knowing Gautam abused her even if Vasandhara don’t believe Gautam abused her but did she not see how Gautam treated her in front of the family not to mention how bad he treated her behind the family?? Khyati did nothing to Gautam or protect her when she seeked their protection?? Why need those two blessings when all they cared about it’s their reputations not Prarthana wellbeings at all!!
So stupid n spineless Prarthana is!
Rahi is a nobody without Anupama, not even related to Anuj or the Shah, she is related to the Shahs thru Anupama, Ansh, Ishani, Pakhi, Toshu, Baa n Babuji are Anupama’s family, so if she thinks she is nobody to Anupama then she too is nobody to Anuj n the rest, only Kotharis is her family thru Prem, without Prem she too is nobody to Kotharis! Is she that uneducated to know that or simply stupid?
Then Prem should tell Rahi she can goes seek favors with the Kotharis all she wants and he will go to Anupama where there is peace! See whether without Prem in the Kothari where will Rahi stands? She thinks she can survive without Prem? Pari n Metta are lucky Raja n Anil support them regardless of Vasandhara n Khyati insisting they obey them to stay away from Anupama!
