Anupama advises Rahi and Prem to return home, explaining that Khyati needs time to heal. Despite Prem’s hesitation, she reminds them that Parag also needs their support. Hasmuk adds that men often suppress their emotions, and Leela assures that Khyati will be well taken care of. Anupama encourages daily visits to Khyati, but insists they fulfill their duties to the Kothari family. Understanding her point, Rahi agrees to return.
Vasundhara is relieved to see them back, and Gautam sarcastically comments on their return. She deduces that Anupama must have convinced them, highlighting Anupama’s influence. Rahi clarifies they left to support Khyati. Gautam taunts them for choosing their stepmother, but Prem defends his mother and Parag’s household.
Meanwhile, Anupama encounters Raghav, who, triggered by memories of Parag, becomes unstable and talks about killing him. Shocked, Anupama realizes something deeper is troubling him. Leela scolds her for visiting Raghav alone, and Paritosh warns her about the dangers of keeping him. Despite pressure from society to send Raghav away, Anupama stands firm, refusing to abandon him in his vulnerable state.
Back at home, Prem and Rahi decide to stay, much to Vasundhara’s joy. Anupama contemplates what might have caused Raghav’s breakdown. Meanwhile, Khyati falls ill, overwhelmed with guilt for betraying Aryan and Parag. Anupama comforts her, urging her to care for herself. Khyati is relieved to know Prem and Rahi have returned. Prem apologizes to Parag and pleads for Khyati’s forgiveness, but Parag remains deeply hurt. Aryan threatens to leave if Khyati returns, and Parag reassures him that she won’t be brought back.
Elsewhere, Kinjal is worried about finances and the future of her company. Paritosh supports her and stresses they must find a way to send Pari to Canada, but insists on staying within moral bounds. Despite being glad to reconnect with Parag, Prem remains heartbroken over losing Khyati. Rahi urges him to rebuild the broken family and promises her support in his efforts.
Precap: Anupama gently asks Raghav what caused such a strong reaction. In response, Raghav silently hands her a photo of Parag, leaving Anupama stunned.
