Anupama prays to God to bless her children with happiness, even if sorrow is written in her own destiny. Meanwhile, Rahi asks Prem to promise he’ll never take her back to Mumbai. When he questions why, she says something is troubling her, and he wonders if it’s the past haunting her. She hugs him without answering.
Leela inquires about Prarthana’s health, and Kinjal reveals her excessive coffee consumption is causing acidity and vomiting. Leela urges her to take care and shift homes soon to avoid Kothari scrutiny.
On the metro, Anupama dozes off and later meets a stranger who accuses her of killing her son. Anupama realizes the woman is Khyati, blaming her for Aryan’s death. Khyati curses Anupama, saying she will lose her daughter just as she lost her son.
Prarthana finds out she’s pregnant. While Ansh asks her not to worry, she fears the Kotharis won’t allow her to divorce Gautam now. She begs Ansh to keep the pregnancy a secret.
Elsewhere, Parag asks Prem why Rahi didn’t meet Manohar, and Prem covers for her, saying she wasn’t feeling well. Rahi deflects the concern, and Prem senses she’s not chasing dreams but running from something.
Anupama hopes Prem and Rahi always stay together. Bharti questions why Anupama didn’t meet Manohar, saying her friend is upset. Anupama decides to apologize and later makes tea. During a conversation about Vat Savitri, Anupama remembers Anuj and helps a girl drape a sari.
Rahi chooses to observe the fast for Prem. They promise to stay together forever, but Rahi still harbors resentment, blaming Anupama for the joyless atmosphere. When Pari questions her about meeting Anupama, Rahi avoids the topic.
Gautam discovers Prarthana’s pregnancy and suspects the child might be Ansh’s. Prarthana decides to keep the baby, and Ansh pledges his support. She misses Anupama deeply. Haunted by guilt, Anupama feels both Rahi and Mahi blame her for their unhappiness and prays for their well-being.
Precap: When the landlord doubles the rent, Jaspreet warns Anupama to either pay the increased amount or vacate the house. Left with no choice, Anupama decides to go to Manohar. Meanwhile, Manohar prepares to meet her.
