The episode starts with Moti Baa ignoring Anupama, while Anupama reminisces about Anuj and shares with Hasmuk how it feels like just yesterday when she married Anuj. She is still coming to terms with Rahi’s wedding. During the ceremony, the priest asks Prathana to tie Prem and Rahi’s gathbandhan. Gautam also requests her to perform the ritual, but Prem insists that Pari should do it instead, offending Moti Baa. Anupama intervenes, ensuring that Prathana performs the ritual and asks for Prem’s understanding. Prathana blesses Prem and Rahi, who eagerly anticipate their wedding.
Meanwhile, Moti Baa tells Parag that Anupama is now trying to win over Prathana after Prem. Parag worries that Rahi might take over the household after marriage, but Moti Baa asserts that she will always remain the owner of the Kothari house. Hasmuk notices the Kotharis are still upset, and Anupama grows concerned for Rahi. Alongside Parag and Khyati, she participates in the wedding rituals. As the priest prepares them for their vows, Anupama explains their significance, while Moti Baa emphasizes the importance of the wedding rounds (pheras) in a Gujarati wedding. Anupama guides Prem and Rahi through the vows, with Paritosh and Ansh performing rituals for the couple. Throughout, Anupama continues to think of Anuj.
The priest instructs Prem to apply sindoor to Rahi’s hairline and put the mangalsutra around her neck. With Anupama’s help, Prem completes the ritual, officially sealing their marriage. Afterward, Prem and Rahi take blessings. Moti Baa reminds Rahi of her new responsibilities as part of the Kothari family. However, Prem refuses to take Parag and Khyati’s blessings until Anupama insists. The couple also seeks Anuj’s blessings, and Anupama advises them to embrace their responsibilities while staying true to themselves.
Mahi congratulates the newlyweds, and Leela asks them to wait for the next ritual. Pari and Ishani return Prem’s stolen shoe, teasing him to always keep Rahi happy. Moti Baa gives gifts to Ishani and Pari, acknowledging their right to them. Ansh gathers both families for a group picture, but Moti Baa insists on not delaying the vidai ritual. Anupama, emotional, confides in Anuj about Rahi’s departure and recites a heartfelt poem as she prepares for the farewell.
Later, Anupama grows worried about the shubhasan (sacred mat), assuming Paritosh has kept it safe. However, she is shocked to learn it is missing. As she and Paritosh search for it, they try to keep the situation hidden from Baa. When Moti Baa discovers the missing shubhasan, she scolds Anupama for her carelessness, questioning her as a mother.
