After the uproar of #MeToo some strict actions were taken against the ones who were accused. Last year Anu Malik, who was accused by singers Sona Mohapatra and Neha Bhasin, was removed from the chair of a judge of Indian Idol. But he returned this year and the fire reignited. Sona Mohapatra took her social media and recreated the storm which again made Anu Malik step down from the singing reality show.
Now the makers were hunting the replacement and well, they have found one. Anu Malik will now be replaced by none other than Himesh Reshamiya in Sony TV’s popular singing show Indian Idol. There are reports that he will starting shooting for the show very soon. But no official statement has been released by the makers till now.
Apart from him Neha Kakkar and Vishal Dadlani are the judges of Indian Idol season 11.
