The episode starts with kunj wiping his tears and looks at their wedding pic when he heard voices of someone fighting ….

He hurridely came out of his room n saw kiya and tani fighting ….

He smiles looking at them and recalls his and twinkle fight …

A hospital is shown where doctors are discussing something …

Suddenly a nurse came running and yuvi ask her what happen …

They went to ICU and sees a woman lying on bed lifeless with many machines besides her and oxygen mask she was taking heavy breathes and was restless and clutching bed sheets …

Days passes by kunj doesn’t know dat twinkle hided dat big fact one day twinkle fainted and was admitted in the hospital …
Kunj went to doctor cabin …..
K : what happen doctor what happen to twinkle why she fainted is everything fine ???
Dr : see Mr sarna I told twinkle before she can’t continue this pregnancy due to complications …
K : what ?????
Dr : we have to operate her tomorrow we can’t say she will survive or not …
Kunj gets tears eye he went to twinkle ward and sees her sleeping he kisses twinkle hand n Twi wakes up …
T : what happen kunj this tears …
K : why u hided this fact from me twinkle ????
T : kunj I knew u’ll never allow me dats why ????
Kunj entwined his hand with twinkle and says then I can’t take the risk of loosing u I love u twinkle u should have told me twinkle and cries …
T : plz kunj don’t cry this is not necessary dat anything will happen to me tomorrow …
K : but twinkle…
T : shh twinkle u loved me nah kunj then promise me if anything happens to me tomorrow then u’ll take care of our babies and moreover ull not let them miss me promise …
K : twinkle okay I promise but u too promise u’ll not leave me …
Twinkle got up and kisses kunj cheeks and ask him not to cry they hug each other …
Next day ::::
Twinkle was going to get operated n kunj pecks her forehead and was waiting outside when he heard voices of babies crying n gets happy but then thinking about twinkle his eyes got welled up and soon doctor came out he asked her about twinkle ..
Dr : congratulations Mr sarna ur wife and both babies are completely fine ur prayer worked congratulations u are blessed with daughters .
Kunj gets happy and went inside and sees twinkle and his daughters and pecks them twinkle was unconscious only kunj smiles ….
