Ekta Kapoor recently shared the news of the popular Star Plus show ‘Kyuki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’ returning to the small screen. After almost a decade, the show is set to re-run on Star Bharat.
The show had massive fan-following and it made actors like Smiti Irani as Tulsi and Amar Upadhyay as Mihir became the talk of the town.
In a recent interview with India Forums, actor Amar Upadhyay talked about it and shared, “It’s so fantastic that the show is coming back. It was one of the iconic shows that has still one of the highest TRP ratings that nobody has touched. Each and every character is so much loved. Ekta made a wonderful story. And so happy that the show is getting re-run as the young generation can see what their parents used to watch and they talk about. People still know me as Mihir and Smriti Irani, still people know her as Tulsi even after she is a Union Minister.”
He added, “My young fans who love me as Virendra Pratap Singh in Molkki will also be able to see me as Mihir.”
Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi will air from today onwards at 5 pm.
