AJNABHII – Episode 28

Kushi : why buaji hid it from me then

Arnav : may be she had a reason

Kushi : where is my brother?

Arnav : I couldn’t find anything about him.. But don’t worry I’ll find out..

Kushi : hmm ok

Arnav : now sleep its late already

Kushi : but you?

Arnav : I’ll go to hotel but after you sleep.. Go get some sleep tomorrow we’ve lots of work to do

Kushi nod & leave..

Next morning

Arnav was asleep on bench itself.. Driver too slept with him there.. It was already 8 in morning..

Arnav’s parents arrived there to return the keys.. In fact they were happy with this little improvement in their relationship with arnav. They just wanted to meet them once more but when they reached they found Arnav sleeping on bench wrapping a blanket..

Gayatri : see because of keys he slept out..

Raj : who made you business woman.. He would’ve knocked or could’ve gone to hotel

Gayatri : his luggage is also lying here.. I think..

Anjali : mumma papa..

Anjali come out with shyam.. They see Arnav

Anjali : Chote..! ( she feel bad seeing him sleep there)

Raj : why is he sleeping here..

Anjali : actually papa.. I got angry &..

She explain what happened at night.. And their conversation interrupt Arnav’s sleep.. He rub his eyes & lazily getup only to find everyone staring him.. Wait not everyone his jijaji’s eyes were somewhere else.. What’s he looking at.. Arnav followed his gaze only to find his beer can.. Oh crap.. He immediately hide it behind him.. Shyam stare him angrily..

Arnav : its not mine mohan drank it.. ( he lie like a kid)

Mohan : no sir.. I don’t drink you know na..

Arnav : I.. ( interrupt)

Anjali : go freshen up..

Arnav move in..

Ishra room

Raman get up holding his head looking at surrounding..

Raman : when did I reach here..

Ishu : bhaiyya brought you here

Raman : what!? God he saw me drunk !

Ishu : I hate you raman

He immediately get up & hold her..

Raman : I’m really sorry.. I got so stressed &..

Ishu : & you got drunk.. You broke your promise

Raman : I found Rithu.. You know kushi is Rithu & she’s having a memory loss because of me..

Ishu : I know everything.. I read that file..

Anjali & Shyam were shocked to know that Arnav apologised to them yesterday..

Raj : he really value you both a lot

Gayatri : we will leave know ..

They leave..

Anjali : he apologised ? That too to them?

Shyam : you scare him so much.. If you send him out in midnight what will he do then

Anjali : I never expected him to do this..? Do you think they’re telling truth or Chote blackmailed them..

Shyam : come on..

Anjali : I’ll prepare his favourite breakfast now.. He really learns when we get tough on him

Shyam : don’t get so happy with him.. He is.. ( he stop seeing ishra coming to them )

Arnav was getting dressed & talking to himself

Arnav : I’ll tell my friend was driving & I was just beside him.. But which friend.. Some random name.. No he won’t believe I think.. How about raman.. No no they’re already enough angry on him.. What if i say my drink was spiked.. Naa who will dare to do that.. Damn.. why is it so difficult to lie..

Kushi enter with a coffee.. Arnav smile at her & she blush.. He move towards her & she move back..

Arnav : so now we can get married

Kushi : no.. I’m not ready

Arnav : huh why… Pehle toh peeche padi thi ( first your were behind me for marriage)

Kushi : now its time for me to show some attitude Mr. Nannav

Arnav : what the..

Kushi : kya pata aap sach bol rahe ho ya nahi ( who knows you’re telling truth or not)

Arnav : why will I lie

Kushi : hmm may be you got tired searching jelebi or you fell for me or may be jelebi is with someone else now

He further move towards her & she move back & collide with wall..

Arnav : if you were with someone else I would’ve ripped him apart ( kushi widen her eyes.. He lean to her ears) and I’ve already fallen for you (kushi blush )

Kushi : Arnav..

Arnav : hmm…

Kushi : coffee will get cold..

Arnav : you know you’ve become very unromantic tum aisi nahi thi pehle ( you were not like this before)

Kushi : toh kaisi thi.. Kya meri yaadaash wapas nahi aa sakti (then..? Can’t I get my memory back.?)

Arnav : don’t worry I’ll get it back..

Raman look behind him thinking he is talking to someone else..

Shyam drag raman out..

Shyam : I seriously don’t like even a bit of you.. God knows what ishu saw in you.. I had a friend Rajveer.. He would solve all my problems..

Raman become emotional hearing it but compose himself..

Raman : so you want me to become your friend

Shyam : never.. You’re nowhere near him..

Raman : was he saint..

Shyam : yes.. He hated even a smell of alcohol.. Never lied

Raman ; ( to himself) kitna jhoota bolega ( how much you will lie)

Shyam : so don’t even compare yourself to him..

Raman : why you took me here to praise your so called friend ah?

Shyam : I wanted him to marry ishu.. They loved each other..

Raman : ( to himself) even today we love each other ( to Shyam) so.. ? Are you trying to make me jealous now..

Shyam : no I’m warning you to change.. I know you can never become like raajveer but still you need to change.. Samjhe..

Dining table

Ishra , Anjali shyam were sitting.. Arshi get down & come towards the table.. Raman’s happiness had no bound seeing kushi.. He remembered the little Rithu who had grown up so much.. Ishu held his hand. He somehow composed himself..

Anjali : come both of you.. I’ve prepared all your favourite dishes..

All start having.. Anjali was nudging Shyam to talk to arshi.. But he Asked her to wait.. They too were very happy to get their little Rithu back

Ishu : what did he say..?

Raman : from when did he start lying.. ( laughing) itna bada chadake bol raha tha.. ( praising so much..)

Ishu : about whom?

Raman : Raajveer.. As if I don’t know.. He want me to try to become raajveer.

Ishu : I think we should tell them the truth

Raman : no.. He will kill me..

Ishu : but.. ( interrupt)

Raman : not now please..

Ishu agree invetibly

Shyam doesn’t respond.. Arnav snatch file from his hand..

Arnav : please aap baat toh karo mujhse ( please at least talk to me)

Anjali come in looking for Shyam..

Anjali : I found it in your pocket is it raman’s ?

She ask showing speeding & drunk driving ticket.. Arnav sign shyam not to tell her

Shyam : its one of my client’s

Anjali : why do you take such drunkards as clients.

Shyam look at Arnav & he avoid his gaze..

Shyam : he’s not a drunkard.. Just bit spoilt

Anjali : then why don’t his family correct him

Shyam : he’s nice liar too.. Anyway I’m hungry is dinner ready

Anjali : yep.. Come down

Anjali leave

Arnav : sorry

Shyam : you will do whatever you want & then you’ll come ask sorry.. So it’s not accepted this time..

Arnav : why are you acting so stubborn this time

Shyam doesn’t acknowledge him

Arnav : is it the only way you two get to punish me.. You know I can’t bear your silence ( he say making the saddest face possible)

Shyam : you too know I can’t bear drunkards

Arnav : I was not drunk.. I just had.. ( interrupt)

Arnav doesn’t say anything

Shyam : you were angry we didn’t pick calls right.. Tell me one thing whose mistake was it.. Who lied Chote? Who created scene at the wedding.. ? And still you are not ready to tell truth.. Then tell me who should be angry ?

Arnav : I’m sorry..

Shyam : I’m hungry let’s go down..

He’s about to move out but arnav hold his hand

Arnav : what you want me to do.. I’ll agree to whatever you say

Shyam : fine then tell me why you did all that marriage drama.

Arnav : aap.. Huh. Actually..

Kushi : ( getting in) : I’ll tell jijaji

Arnav : kushi.. ( he gesture her not to but she assure him she will manage )

Kushi : jijaji.. ( interrupt)

Anjali come in..

Anjali : come down it’s getting late let’s have lunch

Shyam : Chote is telling something

Arnav : No.. I’m not telling her.. ( to Anjali) di why are you walking so much & why are you climbing stairs go down & stay there.

Anjali : arre why are you shouting I just came to call for lunch..

Arnav : we will come you go.. ( he literally push her out of the room )

Kushi make up a story & convince shyam..

A little later.. Everyone were on dining table & Kushi was getting down the stairs suddenly she slip a last stair & stumble but not due to slipping but due to the screams..

Arnav, Ishra Anjali shyam : ” RITHU… ”

Precap : Arnav : then you came & sat on my lap

Kushi : then..?

Arnav : I tried so much to make you understand but you were not ready to listen & then…

Kushi : then… ( curious & nervous)
