Prem tells Dharam that Dharam is his god and Tejaswini is his life, he does not know whom to choose. Dharam says Tejaswini tried to break their house repeatedly. Prem says it was Tejaswini’s plan to expose Preeti and Mandira bua’s truth and tells family whole story from Mandira kidnapping Sharda, Preeti supporting Bua, he and Tejaswini going to Mandira’s house and freeing Sharda, etc. Arjun shouts not to drag Preeti to protect Tejaswini. Prem says Preeti is wrong. Argument starts. Tejaswini asks Prem to calm down. Prem gets silent. Sarla feels bad seeing Prem obeying Tejaswini.

Dharam seeing Prem’s hatred for Preeti hopes he has not harmed her. Arjun thinks same. Inspector enters with team and says Preeti was found severely injured in jungle and Prem has thrown her after trying to kill her. Tejaswini says she and Prem did not go to temple at all. Inspector shows Prem’s kada/bracelet and says he found it near Preeti. Hiten reacts and shouts how dare Prem is to harm his daughter and tries to slap Prem. Dharam stops Hiten and warns dare not to touch his son without proving him wrong. He asks Prem if he did it. Prem looks into his eyes and asks if he thinks his son can harm any woman. Hiten shouts again. Anand warns him to shut his mouth.

Inspector says he has CCTV footage pictures of temple where Prem hit Preeti and shows pics. Tejaswini says these pics are wrong. Prem says he went to temple with Tejaswini to pray. Hitel yells he is coming here seeing Preeti’s severe injury. Tejaswini says it is Mandira bua and Preeti’s plan to trap Prem and asks if inspector has any evidence. Inspector calls pandit who says Prem was the one who hit Preeti followed by others. Tejaswini pleads they are all Mandira and Preeti’s puppets. Prem asks Dharam to believe him, but Dhar am shouts they all cannot be wrong, Prem failed him, he tried to clean dirt whole life and people called him goonda, now his son became criminal.

Dharam continues expressing his anger on Prem. Tejaswini pleads to trust his son. He walks away. She pleads Sarla and each family member. Nobody trusts her and walk away. Inspector arrests Prem and drags him away. Tejaswini shatters and falls down crying.

Precap: Dharam tells Prem that tomorrow is his court hearing and if he is not proven innocent, he should forget his father. He cries that this year, they will celebrate diwali without their elder son. Tejawini promises he will celebrate diwali with his elder son.
