Abhimanyu throws something to the receptionist asking her to charge the full payment, he explains that people tend to think of doctors as Bhagwan because they save their lives but when people like him start sucking their blood at the time of taking the fees, a mother can even beg someone for the life of her son, he cannot bear that anyone disrespects a mother, Saira exclaims Abhimanyu has even guts as he stood in front of Dr Aanad, she accepts him under any circumstance.
Abhimanyu going to Niyati asks her why is she working with such a person who did not even let her complete her statement as he is emotion less and heart less, so if charity is done either at admission and discharge what is the difference, Abhimanyu even asks the people standing there, he calls Dr Aanad as Mr mosquito,
Abhimanyu goes to the lady mentioning she must not be worried as all of the bill has been cleared and now no one would stop her, she tries to touch his feet, but he stops her mentioning she is like his mother, Misses Dixit blesses him, explaining that his mother is really fortunate to have a son like him, his mother requests her brother to drive a little fast.
Abhimanyu walks to Niyati mentioning how she would be impressed by him as he is rich and also possesses a good sense of humour, Saira leaning to Niyati advises her to see that Abhimanyu is trying to say something, he explains he would now come straight to the point, he confesses his love of Niyati infront of the entire hospital, he explains he has a lot to talk to her but cannot stay here much longer so would wait for her at the same location where they usually meet, he calls Niyati as Twinkle but then corrects his statement and leaves.
The staff at the hospital start to gossip about Niyati, wondering if Abhimanyu is her boyfriend which is why they were talking like this but then they say however Niyati was not answering to him.
Manorama enters the hospital with her brother, she asks the receptionist about the location, Abhimanyu walking down the stairs sees her, he immediately hides and then when his mother leaves, he thinks that he is sorry for causing pain to his mother, but he cannot let this go on.
Dr Anand sitting in the office thinks that he has not been able to reveal how he loves Niyati for so long but that Abhimanyu said this to Niyati so easily, there is someone at the door and Niyati walks into the cabin, Dr Aanad asks what is going on as she has made the hospital a lovers point which he would not bear as he cannot let anything wrong happen, Niyati receives a call from her mother, she tries to seek an excuse when he explains that he was getting curious about her so he told everything that happened to her mother, Niyati leaves in a state of tension she tries to explain everything to her mother but she questions what is going on in the life of Niyati as she can make a fool out of her father but not her.
Manorama walks into the cabin, Dr Aanad gets angry saying that he will not tolerate this behaviour because he is a doctor, Manaroma explains she needs his favour because they want to find the person who made the payment of six lacs, Dr Aanad questions what do they have to do with him, Manaroma explains he is her son and has run away from the house, they have been trying to find him for six months, Dr Anand asks them to sit mentioning he doesnot know where her son would be but he can tell her how she can find him, he reveals Niyati is an excellent nurse at their hospital to whom Abhimanyu proposed in front of the entire hospital. Dr Anand advises them to come back tomorrow when they can meet Niyati.
Niyati on the call is trying to explain to her mother how she doesnot have any relation with Abhimanyu but she is not trusting her, Saloshana says she will not trust her anymore because she lied to them, she can explain each and everything to her father.
Abhimanyu is sitting in front of someone explaining how he knows she will be really mad that he revealed his feelings in front of everyone but his love is true so he said it in front of everyone, she should not feel bad about it, he also said how he needs to explain something else it is that their love story cannot move on from it but there is a problem, the Chotu explains the problem is that he is rich while she is poor, Abhimanyu says these things are of the past but the Chotu desires to know it now, Abhimanyu mentions how he is going to reveal the entire truth about him so he will also know, Chotu leaves after calling Jai Matadi, Abhimanyu turning to the Mandir exclaims it is said that she listens to everyone so when will she listen to him.
Niyati is with Saira in the auto who asks Niyati to not be angry so much, Niyati explains that it is one thing the parents are angry with them but to lose their trust is one thing and she feels that Abhimanyu has made her mother not trust her, she fears what will happen if even he father doesnot trust her and that Abhimanyu, she sees him standing in the rain, the auto stops while he is standing looking at the Mandir. Niyati starts walking towards him, he smiles after seeing her, she goes to him, he asks that she would have now believed fate as he said that their meeting has a purpose and it is love, Niyati asks him to shut up, Chotu is also tensed seeing this.
Niyati asks what does he think of himself as he is not a hero of a film who will come and reveal his feelings to a girl who will fall in love with him, ever since he came into his life it has gotten out of balance, she is a normal girl whose life revolves around going from her house to the hospital, her mother’s trust was broken, he claims to know a lot about it so did he ever think how she would feel, Abhimanyu requests Niyati to at least listen to him since he really loves her, she then slaps him.
Abhimanyu looks at Niyati, taking a step further he starts panicking, he explains he will not come in front of her anymore as he has made a mistake so would punish himself, he starts slapping himself exclaiming he is really a bad person and has inflicted pain to a lot of people which is why he is running from his house, he exclaims he has hurt her so he starts slapping himself, he leaves mentioning he is not like this but a really bad person, Abhimanyu goes to the stand of Chotu exclaiming he is a really bad person, he mentions Maa would be really angry when she comes to know about, he starts thrashing the stall exclaiming how can he hurt her, Niyati is not able to see him in so much pain, he walks past her over to his motorcycle and taking the helmet he rides off.
Saira asks Niyati to go away, Niyati asks if she saw how he was behaving because he hurt himself while in reality, He should have slapped her but he inflicted self-pain, Saira exclaims that she thought he was the most charming person but after what she has seen, she is also shocked so requests Niyati to come with her, Niyati however once again turns back to look for him.
Precap: Abhimanyu calls Manaroma mentioning he called her to reveal the truth but she did not even listen to him, Manaroma asks him to tell where he is as she will come to him he however ends the call. Niyati explains to her father that he is ill, she mentions they have to find him otherwise he might hurt himself, she goes to the same market, she recognizes the tone and explains to her father how it is the same tone which he plays.
