Coronavirus has gripped us all and we are making our best attempt at minimizing the damage it can do. It’s effect is immense and we are all scared to even step out of our balconies. Social distancing is the only solution and our TV industry is religiously trying it’s best to do the same. All the shoots have been cancelled and no office work is being done too.
Cancelling the shoots means that the on-going shows will be and are relying on episode banks as much as possible. However, not every show works with the idea of banks and multiple leading GECs are taking steps to work towards it.
Recently we reported how Colors channel will be re-running Bigg Boss 13 in order to keep the general viewership going and fill in the slots. And now, there is news that ZEE tv too has its plans set. According to sources, Zee TV will be airing reruns and repeats of leading shows on 23rd March to 31st March.
This might also be extended a little further as shoots will commence only after 31st March and only then we will be able to see the new content. Well, we all can self isolate and watch the air reruns and repeats , not that bad of a plan, is it?
