Kali escapes from Pratap’s goons and passes by Ved as the henchmen chase after her under Pratap’s orders. At the same time, Aarti is traveling in an auto while speaking to Laal on a call, informing him that she has documented a major human trafficking operation where women are being sold.
Just then, Aarti spots Kali running from the goons and immediately senses another big story. She asks Laal to disconnect the call and instructs the auto driver to start recording. Jumping into action, Aarti fights off the goons and saves Kali, then assures her that she’ll take her to the police station.
Padma calls Aarti, asking her to talk to Anjali, who is refusing to eat. Aarti promises to call back after reaching the police station. Upon arrival, a constable informs her that the inspector is at a mehfil. Aarti becomes suspicious and grows more alert when she sees the goons arriving at the station, likely in search of Kali. Thinking quickly, she covers Kali’s face and sneaks her out before they can see her.
Meanwhile, Padma struggles to get Anjali to eat. Aarti calls and asks if Anjali is still refusing food. When Padma confirms, Aarti gently requests Anjali to eat and sings a Lohri for her. Moved by her mother’s voice, Anjali finally eats.
Later, Aarti tells Kali that her daughter Anjali cannot walk or speak and lives like a lifeless soul, refusing food unless she hears her voice—highlighting the emotional burden Aarti carries even while courageously exposing the truth
Precap: Uday calls Bhajan to share the news that his son’s wedding has been finalized. Bhajan congratulates him and eagerly asks Ved’s uncle about the identity of the bride.
Meanwhile, Aarti recounts to her family how she not only covered a major story but also rescued a girl, introducing Kali to everyone. She then asks Anjali if Kali can stay with them and tells her to blink if she agrees. Ganesh skeptically says Anjali will never blink—yet, to everyone’s surprise, Anjali blinks her eyes in silent approval.
