Raghav tells Ganesh that his daughter is alive but living a hollow life, suffering for the sins she’s committed—and that she deserves her fate. He leaves with his son Abhay. Meanwhile, Aarti reassures an unconscious Anjali, saying the doctor promised a full recovery. She vows to find the person responsible for Anjali’s condition and expose them publicly, even if all she gets is a single photo.
In the hospital, Raghav and Aarti unknowingly pass each other in the same corridor. Aarti asks Sapna to watch over Ganesh while she goes to get medicine. Ganesh, worried, tells Sapna that Raghav, Abhay, and Nivedita are all in the same hospital, and they must leave before the truth is revealed. Sapna intercepts Aarti and insists they leave immediately, offering to buy the medicine outside. Aarti is puzzled, but before she can question further, Sapna gets a call from the Rajvanshi family—they’re ready for Aarti’s marriage. Ganesh agrees and informs Aarti her marriage is fixed.
Aarti pleads to go on a work assignment to Uttar Pradesh before the wedding. Sapna supports her request. Ganesh agrees but makes her swear on her late mother’s name to return on time and stay safe. Aarti promises and urges them to start the wedding preparations.
Elsewhere, Abhay tries to comfort Raghav, reminding him to avoid stress. Raghav, overwhelmed, says he doesn’t wish to live anymore. Nivedita sternly tells him not to talk that way, especially with Aman’s death anniversary the next day. A nurse overhears and wonders if the family still doesn’t know that Anjali and her daughter are alive.
Ganesh sits by Anjali’s side, revealing that the “accident” that claimed Aman’s life was a planned crime. He shows her Aman’s photo, reminding her of their love. Anjali begins to recall faint memories of Aman and their time together. Ganesh emotionally shares that Aman deeply loved her and sacrificed everything for her. He tells her it’s Aman’s barsi (death anniversary) and urges her to remember who orchestrated the accident. Anjali begins to see flashes—memories pointing to Yuvraj.
Just then, Aarti enters, calling out to Ganesh. He drops Aman’s photo in shock. She asks why he looks disturbed and whose picture it is, bending down to pick it up. At that moment, people from the colony walk in, wishing Aarti a happy birthday. Confused but smiling, Aarti asks why they’ve come. Pradeep cheerfully says, “It’s your birthday—let’s celebrate!”
Precap: Aarti travels to Uttar Pradesh to investigate a human trafficking case. Meanwhile, Chandrabhan arrives at the Rajvanshi residence. Unbeknownst to him, Aarti secretly captures evidence of the illegal operation on camera.
