Aarti gently scolds Anjali for not eating, urging her to recover and reminding her that one day she’ll have her own family and won’t be able to care for her like this. She pleads with the unresponsive Anjali to speak—just once—to reveal who tried to kill her and why her father was murdered before her birth. Aarti asks who her father was, since neither Dadi nor Padma ever told her.
As Anjali’s condition suddenly worsens, she silently recalls the accident involving her and Aman, while Aarti desperately tries to console her.
Later, Sapna warns Aarti not to bring up the past, saying the incident destroyed her daughter and cost her son-in-law’s life. When Aarti asks about her father, Sapna dismisses her, saying she should focus on feeding her mother and that she’ll never reveal anything about his family.
Determined, Aarti promises Anjali she’ll uncover the truth herself through her work as a journalist. She tearfully feeds her mother soup and breaks down while hugging her.
Meanwhile, Laal calls Aarti, praising her for the success of her recent report but informing her that the police have arrested their crew. As he travels, his car is stopped by a stranger demanding he come out. A man named Chandrabhan approaches and confronts Laal about the girls’ trafficking story aired on his channel. When Laal confirms it, Chandrabhan demands to know who filed the report. Upon Laal’s refusal, his men threaten him with guns, and Chandrabhan forces Laal to call Aarti.
Annoyed, Aarti answers the call, saying she’s busy with her mother. Chandrabhan introduces himself and warns her to stop pursuing the smuggler story. Unshaken, Aarti asks who he is. When he tells her, she boldly hangs up, declaring she isn’t afraid of threats.
Precap: Aarti takes Anjali to the hospital with urgency, pleading through tears, “Please, just once, tell me who did this to you. I promise I’ll make them pay.” At the same time, the Rajput family arrives at the same hospital.
